It's just been revealed that tickets for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness are set to go on sale on Wednesday, April 6, and Marvel Studios (via Fandango's Erik Davis) has debuted a brand new teaser to accompany the announcement.
The promo is brief, but it does contain quite a bit of new footage, as the (former) Sorcerer Supreme (Benedict Cumberbatch) tells the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) that he "could use an Avenger." Wanda points out that she's not the only Avenger out there, but Strange clearly feels she could use the win after the events of WandaVision, and presents her with an opportunity to get "back on a lunchbox."
The spot also features another shot of that mysterious flying Variant (most likely Maria Rambeau), and a huge creature who might well be the rumored Chthon seemingly fighting alongside Wanda and Wong.
In addition, we have a confirmed run-time of 2 hours, 6 minutes, which is quite a bit shorter than rumored!
In Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the MCU unlocks the Multiverse and pushes its boundaries further than ever before.
