Though Top Gun: Maverick will likely have something to say about this when it hits theaters next Friday, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has managed to remain at the top of the global box office for the third week in a row.

According to the latest BO figures, Sam Raimi's mind-bending sequel's domestic total has reached $342 million. Along with the movie's $460 international cume, its worldwide total has climbed to over $800 million.

There's a decent chance Doctor Strange 2 will become the second "pandemic era" movie to reach £1 billion after Spider-Man: No Way Home, but again, Mr. Cruise will be staking his claim to those all-important theater seats next week and is sure to knock the latest MCU adventure off the #1 spot.

Have you been to see In The Multiverse of Madness yet? If so, what did you think?

In Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the MCU unlocks the Multiverse and pushes its boundaries further than ever before. Journey into the unknown with Doctor Strange, who, with the help of mystical allies both old and new, traverses the mind-bending and dangerous alternate realities of the Multiverse to confront a mysterious new adversary.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, with Michael Stühlbarg, and Rachel McAdams. The film is directed by Sam Raimi, and Kevin Feige is the producer. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Eric Hauserman Carroll and Jamie Christopher serve as executive producers. The screenplay was written by Michael Waldron.

The Doctor Strange sequel is now playing in theaters.

Horrible movie. I advise you all watch Alex Garland MEN instead. Masterpiece that involves real adult themes like sexism, and men SPOILERS giving birth to other men, shitting them out and fight and grow vaginas and birthing more babies. Thats entertainment. You know as men, we are often jealous of women you know....likw they....get the gift of childbirth and all that jazz. Like men dont get that, why cant men get pregnant? Hypothetically speaking of course.

@AmazingFILMporg - Very good considering all the places that refused to play it
but still after NWH we were sort of nursing unrealistic expectations.

nice

hope the third film is more of a real doctor stange movie, not a multiverse movie focused on a side character

@dracula -

I disagree. Dr strange was the anchor to this film.

I think the Batman was less of a Batman film than this being less of a doctor strange film 💁

Yeah Batman was in it but it was more focused on Catwoman and the villains. Batman was just in the background

@dracula - This complaint is getting old. First Loki, then Moon Knight and now MoM.

All wrong IMO.

@MrDitkovich - The problem now is that a multi-billion dollar corporation is not letting movie theathers show anything else...I know people who had no interest in seeing MoM, but wanted to go see something on the big screen, and it was either this or nothing...and they ended up watching this.

It is sad 2 weeks after its release, nobody even remembers this movie, and are already waiting for the next one...heck, this week alone Disney not only started the promotion for the next movie, they released the trailer for She-Hulk, a new Ms Marvel trailer, and announced a new Daredevil show, is like they themselves want to move away from this movie.
