The Rivers Awards will be an annual contest made for and by fans. It will award excellence of professionals in the comic book and action film industry.
There isn't an exact date for these awards, but the nominations and the final awards will be post in CBM asap.
There will be a list of the films that enter in this contest. Then, I will post in CBM an article with surveys for each film category (best actor, best film, etc). Then YOU, CBM users, will vote the films that you like more.
After the results, the first four pictures in each survey will be nominated for the final awards, which will be held a few days after these results are announced to the public.
Then you will vote again so we all can see the best films in each category.
The first Rivers ceremony will award comic book and action films released in 2011 (in 2012 there are still CB and action films to be released). Then if this is succesful we will make more awards for another years, like 2010, 2009, 2008...
