Of course I'm referring to the animated series even though the comic book version was voted the 25th greatest Marvel comic of all time in 2001. I'm quite sure that I wouldn't be the only one that would enjoy such an epic storyline on the big screen. Cable, Apocalypse, Mr. Sinister, as well as my very own favorite X-Man, Bishop, have been on the lips of comic book fans worldwide, desperately begging Fox to hear reason and give us our holy X-Grail.
Although this movie may never get to see the light of day, I personally feel that it could be a great storyline to follow up what appears to be somewhat of a doomed franchise. They wrongly decided an attempt to redeem the franchise by going backwards in time rather than following the example of the best selling X-comic book storylines such as "Days of Future Past" and "The Age of Apocalypse" which evidently went the opposite way. Far be it for Fox to gather an ounce of common sense but anyhoo... on with our topic.
The actor [Michael Jai White] I'm about to cast has always been an action favorite of mine since I saw him in the lackluster film which was supposed to be a nerdgasm worthy of acclaims. McFarlane's "Spawn" lacked yes, but his acting was very decent for a first time as a main character. I never could understand why he hadn't been chosen to replace Wesley Snipes in what was the televised series "Blade." Instead they decided to go with a guy that looked like a corner store robber. Details aside, his last performance as crime boss Gambol in "The Dark Knight" was a fiercer facet we hadn't seen and was quite welcomed. I think that aside from the obvious looks, talent-wise he could be the very best actor to portray this X-Men anti-hero I've always been fond of. So here's...

The "Shaman" has spoken!!!
