My Castings -
Finn Wolfhard as Damian Wayne/Robin

He is around the right age (Damian Wayne is 10 and Finn is 14).

Finn has proven that he can play a serious role, with moments of levity.

I believe, that he is a rising actor, as so far he has only starred in Stranger Things (however, he will be in It later on this year).
Brett Dalton as Jason Todd/Red Hood

He look the part and is around the right age for the universe.

He has proven on AoS that he can play a serious, broken (and slightly scary) part.

He would fit in with the others on my fancast, and Batfleck.
Adam Driver as Dick Grayson/Nightwing

Not only does he look the part, but I think he could carry the more light-hearted part.

He fits in well with this universe's Batman.

This fancasting is also quite likely, as he was rumoured to be the front-runner for Nightwing in BvS.
Chloë Grace Moretz as Babara Gordon/Batgirl

She has already proven she can play this role in the Kickass series.

Later on, she would be a good Oracle.

However, she may be a bit too young compared to her father and Batman.
B.J Britt as Tim Drake/Red Robin

My second cast member from AoS, will bring the diversity to the BAt-Family.

He can do choreagraphed fight scenes very well.

I think he would be able to do the character justice with his portryal.
