Green Arrow - Arrows can do a lot more damage than a long tongue.

Blue Beetle - Highly advanced technology vs a girl that can open up purple portals....my money is on advanced tech.

Draw - Mystique is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, Harley Quinn is crazy and unpredictable. I don't know who wins this.

Dr. Manhattan - Kinda lopsided if you ask me.

Green Arrow-Trick arrows plus a guy who lack of confidence cost him his ability to fully utilize his powers to their full abilities equal Arrow for the hard fought win.

Blue Beetle-Blink range is to the moon and Blue Beetle suit can survive in outer space.Basically nowhere she could send him that he couldn't survive and return.Plus the alien tech gives him a long range advantage.

Mystique-This is pretty much 50/50 but seeing as they can't fight on indefinitely I'll pick a random Mystique.

Dr.Manhattan-More powerful and while asgardians are technically immortal they can be killed give the right amount of force.

Green Arrow vs Toad -- Toad's power boost has been fairly recent. For his first forty or so years in comics, his only real powers were super-strong legs (1-ton range, according to OHOTMU). But he was also a complete mook, slow-witted and barely useful in a fight. GA would take him apart.

Blink vs Blue Beetle JR -- cool, a specific BB, so I can vote. JR BB shouldn't have a problem handling Blink. She could attempt to launch a teleportation bolt at him but I think his armor would absorb its energy. Her only real chance is to use her portals to stay out of his reach, but that's no kind of fight, is it?

Harley Quinn vs Mystique -- I'm giving this one to Mystique, based mostly on her experience. HQ's a tough little gal, but she's also a certified loon. Mystique should be able to out-smart her.

Dr. Manhattan vs Loki -- interesting fight. Can Doc manipulate Loki's magic energy? I think so. Doc exists on a quantum level; since quantum physics a theoretical science with limitless possibilities, I'd think that, theoretically, Doc would be able to nullify Loki's magic. Doc M for the win.
