SINOPSIS:
After defeating Krang the city of New York lives a new era of peace and tranquility, the clan Foot is arrested by the police while Casey Jones leaves the force to become a street vigilante who secretly works with the Ninja Turtles, while strangers reports of a mutant crocodile in the sewers call April O'Neil's attention to find out if it could be another victim of the mutagen. While in the Dimension X Shredder convinces Krang to return him to Earth and resume his plans to conquer the planet
