MARVEL: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D
Season 1: BLACK WIDOW (Yelena Belova) is being tortured in an undisclosed location / county and the episode follows her attempts to make it to a rendezvous point for extraction by a S.H.I.E.L.D Black-Ops team led by Clay Quartermain (Mark Valley).
Yelena escapes from her holding cell in one of S.H.I.E.L.D’S satellite stations and hacks a main frame stealing tons of top secret / classified information for ransom back to the US or any competing parties.
Yelena is apprehended momentarily before being killed during a skirmish with a strike force employed by enemy organization A.I.M.
Nick Fury creates a Black-Ops / Wet Works team to find out what information has been stolen and to deal proactively with the persons/ organizations responsible.
Phillip Coulson is introduced as a liaison for missions undertaken by the team.
SEASON ONE BIG BAD: Task Master
Episode 1: Widow’s Peak part 1- The entire episode follows BLACK WIDOW as she attempts to escape from certain death in an undisclosed European location. The entire episode is shot hand held as the audience follows her escape and eventual rescue by S.H.I.E.L.D (Team led by Clay Quartermain).

Episode 2: Widow’s Peak part 2-BLACK WIDOW escapes from the holding cell where she is awaiting debriefing and hacks into the facilities main frame stealing tons of information. Clay Quartermain leads the remnants of his team in a desperate yet ultimately failed attempt to recapture the Widow and retrieve the information.
The SHIELD team ultimately fails after getting into a heavy gunfight with agents from the terrorist organization A.I.M. in which Yelena is apparently killed and the information compromised.
Nick Fury disciplines Quartermain and creates a strike-team to deal with the consequences of stolen information and assigns Agent Coulson as Team Coordinator.

Episode 3: Black Friday-Decommissioned tech (Mandroids from Iron Man 2) has been sold to the mafia and Quartermain is assigned to apprehend the Tinkerer (Brad Douriff). Two new members are added to the team (Jimmy Woo & Gabe Jones II).

Episode Ending Teaser: The Tinkerer is revealed as a Life Model Decoy (Android).
Episode 4: CAGE-Coulson assigns the team to assist in a manhunt involving superhuman convict, Luke Cage. Things get complicated with the involvement of Chemistro (Carl Lumbly) in the proceedings. Luke Cage ultimately agrees to be remanded to the vault to await retrial.

Episode Ending Teaser: Matt Murdock (Daredevil) introduces himself as Cage’s new lawyer.
Episode 5: BIG FISH in a SMALL POND-The team acts on a lead to the identity of the organization responsible for the theft of the classified information and falls into a trap involving A.I.M. Quartermain and company manage to escape before an air strike destroys the facility.

Episode Ending Teaser: Task Master Reveal (Mads Milkkelsen) as the costume is revealed hanging on the wall in his personal armory.
Episode 6: THE ROOKIE part 1-Special Agent Grant Ward (Brett Dalton) is introduced as Quartermain’s trainee and is implanted in an A.I.M terrorist cell to discover the whereabouts of their training facility. Coulson begins to question his existence after the events of the Avengers Movie.

Episode Ending Teaser: It is revealed that A.I.M is aware of Agent Ward’s true nature and intends to eliminate him.
Episode 7: Episode 6: THE ROOKIE part 2-Ward has 24 hours to escape from the Task Master’s training facility and reach the extraction point before he is “declassified” by SHIELD and left for dead. The Task Master personally hunts him down in a take on “The Most Dangerous Game.”

Episode Ending Teaser: The rescued Agent Ward is revealed to be a Life Model Decoy armed with a bomb that detonates and destroys the SHIELD base of Operations.
Episode 8: TIN MAN-(Note: This episode is shot from the point-of-view of the villains.) A.I.M raids the bombed out SHIELD facility for the prototype weapons created for use with Tesseract energy. Coulson is discovered alive and taken prisoner.
Mid-Episode Teaser: Coulson is discovered to be a Life Model Decoy (Advanced Prototype) and is taken down by A.I.M troops. Quartermain has survived as well and disguised as one of the troops.
Episode Ending Teaser: Nick Fury tours the devastation and declares WAR on A.I.M.

Episode 9: Hero for Hire-Luke Cage is released from the vault by SHIELD and commissioned / paid to bodyguard Stark Industries Pepper Potts after she is discovered to be on an A.I.M hit list.

Episode Ending Teaser: The Tinkerer is seen examining Coulson (In full android autopsy mode).
Episode 10: AGENTS of SHIELD part 2-Ward escapes from confinement and attempts to escape while Quartermain implants a device in the A.I.M Mainframe while Jimmy Woo (remotely) hacks / steals information from the terrorist cell. Ward finds himself face–to-face with the Task Master as SHIELD attacks A.I.M’s base of Operations.
Note: Episode shows off Ward’s prowess as an agent as he causes mayhem all throughout the episode after robbing a cache full of advanced weapons. Quartermain ultimately assists the rookie and barely manage to run Task Master off. Task Master makes a Darth Vader like escape in a helicopter.
