I'm going to be VERY honest with you. I'm an indie filmmaker myself, so understand that, despite how terrible it looks, you DID put forth some effort into this. You went out to shoot it. You sat down and edited it. THEN you uploaded it to YouTube. But the truth is, there is no saving grace for this video. It is VERY incoherent. I can not understand what is going on 95% of the time. Your attempts at moving the camera in a "documentary" type style only confuses your audience even more so because you have not set up any distinction between what they're meant to see and some shaky camera footage. Also, this "trailer" is nothing more than you filming yourself in your room or walking the streets with your best friend. There's nothing in this trailer that's even mildly appealing to the eye. ALSO, your music choice did NOT fit what you were showing. Look, I'm a HUGE fan of Nine Inch Nails, and I was very surprised to hear their song in the Avengers trailer - as I'm sure you were as well, but sometimes, what is popular isn't what you should use for your trailer. Something eerie and mysterious would've been more appropriate. At least that way, with having mysterious music, you can show very little and get away with calling it a teaser. In using Nine Inch Nails' song We're In this Together Now, the audience is expecting to see some action-packed footage. Instead, they see a 14 year old with a camera jumping around in his head with a beanie on his head.

Watch and analyze trailers some more before you do one again (if you plan on). There is dialogue usually, a general purpose.
