BURBANK, CA – Filming is underway on DC Entertainments and Warner Bros. Pictures’ Justice League: Brainiac Saga, the highly anticipated action adventure from director Zack Snyder. The film stars an extrodinary cast, including Henry Cavill ("Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice", "Man Of Steel") as Clark Kent/Superman along with Ben Affleck ("Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice", "The Town") as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Gal Gadot ("Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice", "Fast And Furious 6",) as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa ("Game Of Thrones") as Orin Curry/Aquaman, Viggo Mortenson ("Lord Of The Rings Trilogy") as J'onzz/Martian Manhunter, Jesse Plemons ("Breaking Bad") as Ollie Jonas Queen/Green Arrow, and Natalie Dormer ("Game Of Thrones") as Dinah Lance/Black Canary along with Ezra Miller ("We Need To Talk About Kevin", "The Perks Of Being A Wallflower") as Wally West/The Flash, David Gyasi ("Interstellar") as John Stewart/Green Lantern, newcomer Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg and Bryan Cranston ("Breaking Bad", "Argo") as Vril Dox/Brainiac. “Justice League: Brainiac Saga" is written by Chris Terrio from a screenplay by Zack Snyder. Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder are producing, with Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Wesley Coller, Bruce Timm, Paul Dini, Zack Snyder and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.
Principal photography will take place on location at Michigan Motion Picture Studios and on location in and around Detroit, Michigan; Nevada; United Kingdom; Canada; Iceland; and the South Pacific.
Set to open worldwide on August 5, 2016 and June 23, “Justice League: Brainiac Saga Part One and Part Two” is based on characters created characters appearing in comic books published by DC Entertainment.
