Hollywood trade magazines say Andre Braugher (Homicide: Life on the Streets, Thief) will have a unspecified role in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

It may be Braugher would be cast as the Puppet Master (Philip Masters, father of Alicia Masters, the Thing's girlfriend, played by Kerry Washington).

Last year, then Marvel Studios exec Avi Arad said he would like to see Puppet Master as the next villain to challenge the super-hero team.

"Puppet Master's a great character", he said.

"Don't we all wish we had this power - especially when we are mad at someone."

Plus, the first set pics from the filming of the sequel are online. Check them out here, here and here.
