Everyone knows the legend of Hercules and his twelve labors. Our story begins after the labors, and after the legend. Haunted by a sin from his past, Hercules has become a mercenary. Along with five faithful companions, he travels ancient Greece selling his services for gold and using his legendary reputation to intimidate enemies. But when the benevolent ruler of Thrace and his daughter seek Hercules’ help to defeat a savage and terrifying warlord, Hercules finds that in order for good to triumph and justice to prevail… he must again become the hero he once was… he must embrace his own myth… he must be Hercules.

For those of you wondering, the song used in this TV spot is "Jungle" from Jamie N Commons & X Ambassadors. An odd choice for this type of movie perhaps, but it works here! The new TV spot was sent out in a Tweet from Dwayne Johnson, and more will surely be revealed over the coming weeks ahead of the release of Hercules. Are you guys looking forward to the movie? Sound off with your thoughts below!  Also starring, Aksel Hennie, Rufus Sewell, Ian McShane, Joseph Fiennes, John Hurt, Rebecca Ferguson and Tobias Santelmann, Hercules is set to hit theaters July 25th, 2014.

I want to see this one, but I really do not like Brett Ratner as a director, but it can't be any worse than the Renny Harlin one.

Can't believe that Aaron Eckhart was in that movie. He was terrific in The Dark Knight and after that he's been in, in my opinion, a constant stream of terrible movies.

I expect much more from this film, wanted it to be a tad more serious and I think johnson is way over rated, I don't see the attraction in what he brings to roles

The Rock could easily play the role of the dad of the animated character lead in How to train your Dragons, but as Hercules? Doesn't really fit the bill imo.
