Not a fan of PIRATES but loved the first one!

This 4th looks just as good... hell MERMAIDS, ZOMBIES and BLACKBEARD gotta be = WIN!!!

@Blackwidow I agree. Although I love POTC and excited for 4, the ad seems like a shortened version of the trailer....and today IS Cap's day!!

okay first off why is PENELOPE CRUZ in this movie? she can't deliver one line thats believable.

second BLACK BREAD? really? "the one pirate all other pirates fear."

BLACK BREAD follows DAVEY JONES, come on!

thats like darkwing duck following batman
looks like they're taken a step back.

Is Johnny Depp saving up to buy an island like Brando or something? Why else is he dragging his reputation through the mud like this? I look forward to 20 years from now when "the greatest actor of his generation" is 300 lbs, wearing a muuumuu, and living in seclusion on some tropical island. (With an albino midget manservant like in Island Of Dr Moreau, of course. That little guy wasn't in the script, Brando just brought him with him to the set.)

As far as I'm concerned, they only made one Pirates Of The Caribbean movie, just like there was only ever one Matrix movie. LA LA LALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU!

Man, that's one nice TV spot. Thor was good, Terra Nova was good but Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides dominated. Oh and yes Coke owned the night with their Lord of the Rings-esque TV ad.

BTW all of you have icons. How do I get one?

The first one was good rest all sucked ass. Not expecting much from this considering the not so stellar cast.

but my point is still made.

i would fear Davey Jones more than Black Beard and it does seem to me to be backwards.
but i'll still watch cause Depp is awesome
