Acclaimed filmmaker Guy Ritchie brings his dynamic style to the epic fantasy action adventure “King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.” Starring Charlie Hunnam in the title role, the film is an iconoclastic take on the classic Excalibur myth, tracing Arthur’s journey from the streets to the throne.

When the child Arthur’s father is murdered, Vortigern (Jude Law), Arthur’s uncle, seizes the crown. Robbed of his birthright and with no idea who he truly is, Arthur comes up the hard way in the back alleys of the city. But once he pulls the sword from the stone, his life is turned upside down and he is forced to acknowledge his true legacy…whether he likes it or not.

King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword features:
Director: Guy Ritchie
Charlie Hunnam as King Arthur
Àstrid Bergès-Frisbey as Guinevere

Hopefully Guy Ritchie can make it work and Robert Plant is overrated.

One of my most anticipated non CBMs this year, huge Arthurian lore nut and love this cast.

Should've been less supernatural maybe?

CGI and the color palette don't excite me, but it seems to be fun.

I like the fact that they all have normal London Accents and that Ritchie didn't go for the Posh route.
Not sure about the movie as a bit of a hard genre to pull off.
Nice music, Sherlock Holmes had some fantastic music as well.

Loved the trailer.
Hated the Sherlock movies...I feel like I might be the only one. (Boring)
Ritchie needs to make RockNRolla 2.

I am pumped for this flick, and haven't seen much I didn't like from Ritchie (one of the few who LOVED "Revolver"). I don't know why, but the music from these trailers is really bothering me...

Haven't really seen anyone with the same complaint tho, so maybe it's just me. Regardless, there isn't enough Sword & Sorcery stuff out these days, so...

So, this is like Assassin's Creed? Where part of it is in the future and part of it is in the past? Because that's what it feels like.

Katie McGrath is on this movie? Wow. She made her career as Morgana Pendragon during five years of Merlin and now she is in another Arthurian movie. Nice.

@samantha1990 - I love her too. She's a great actress and could have chemistry with a bowl of soup. I don't know how the Supergirl directors don't see that Katie and Melissa have much more chemistry than Melissa and Chris Wood. I know there's Sanvers already, but SuperCorp is too good not to believe in.

Not sold on this one yet, after Tarzan WB should steer clear of 'Legend' movies.
