A group of librarians set off on adventures in an effort to save mysterious, ancient artifacts.



Starring: Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane John Harlan Kim, Lindy Booth and Noah Wyle.

The Librarians season 2 starts tonight with a double episode showing at 8/7c on TNT.


The Librarians is a direct spin-off of The Librarian film series, sharing continuity with the films and has been published in graphic novels.

I happened to watch the movies with Noah Wyle right when the first season was in the last third or so. Movies and show are pretty damn light entertainment, and excel neither in writing, acting nor production value. But the Librarians world has its simplistic, innocent charm, and I can quite enjoy this kind of thing when I'm in the right mood.

Guess I'll be back for S2! :)

(not that I really manage to keep up with all the shows that are already on atm)
