I crapped a strand of film, and it turned out more interesting than anything with 'Ghost Rider' written on it.

This movie is gonna either be Awesomely Stupid, or Stupidly Awesome. I liked the CRANK movies, but hated Gamer. So we'll see, I'm keeping an open mind about it.

Cage is cool. Give him a break...he's a major comic book geek.(More than I can say for other actors playing in CBM's)

I thought some of what I saw in that video reminded me of crank and gamer. Im too lazy to look it up so im gonna go ahead and assume that this is the same director. I didnt dig those movies too much but gamer I have seen a few times. Theres something really strange about them that is off-putting to me. Makes me think that the studios are actually going for that demographic. It might be a smart move considering the type of people who like ghost rider. This might be the way to go with punisher too.

To sum up my opinion... I think this has lots of potential. Those graphics of ghost rider look very amazing. That mixed with the shooting style and half decent actors (some of which probably learned their mistakes from the last one) might actually make for a cool movie!

I think ill make my way to theatres to check it out at the least.

If only being a geek was the foundation of a good performance. I used to love this guy back in the days of the Rock, Con Air and Face - off

A (relatively) recent movie Cage has shined in? Hmmm... well, I don't know about you guys but I really enjoyed Cage's portrayal of Big Daddy.

Yeah, he's been known to take some roles that are not worth mentioning but on the other hand he has also been in some GREAT movies. If nothing else, the guy is interesting.

I am a HUGE Ghost Rider fan, even though I am 16 I know alot of the mytology and stories. I am actually writing my own Ghost Rider film that is dark and gritty and true to the comics but still it's own story. The villain I picked is Scarecrow, I know he isn't necessarally and strong villain for film but I feel with other villains like Snowblind (side villain, more less a leading point to a sequel) and Deathwatch (my main villain for a sequel) it'll help it be a strong story. Plus I go in depth in Scarecrow's past and also Johnny's past is true to the comics, with Crash and Mona Simpson being his adoptive parents you might as well say. I'm still in the early writing process but I can garuntee you it's a HELL of alot better than Mark Steven Johnson's origin film of the character.
