NICOLAS CAGE returns as Johnny Blaze in Ghost Rider™ Spirit of Vengeance. Still struggling with his curse as the devil's bounty hunter, Johnny is hiding out in a remote part of Europe when he is recruited by a secret sect of the church to save a young boy from the devil. At first Johnny is reluctant to embrace the power of the Ghost Rider, but it is the only way to protect the boy and possibly rid himself of his curse forever.

God, this movie was terrible. It may not be the worst comic book film ever made, but it's in the Top 3.

The sad thing about it is that the GHOST RIDER mythos have the potential to be an awesomely badass adaptation on screen, but Sony they just had their hands up their asses for both movies. Hopefully GR will get some Hollywood justice in the future.

This movie was so unengaging, that I was paying more attention to the person writing text messages below than the actual film. You have to suck pretty hard for that to happen.

i liked the movie, i thought it was fun,a b movie but still fun. The rider looked great,it was different and a lot better than the first one. It wasn't suppose to be a big movie like most cbms now. I guess a lot of you don't like b movies in general.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't LIKE it, it just didn't take itself seriously enough for me to hate it. Had I paid to see it I may have though. As it stands, it's just another crappy CBM..with some humor to stop it being completely detestable. Plus, the Rider himself was cool:)

I don't think it was in any way shape or form better than Daredevil, Superman 3, Green lantern, Wolverine origins or Punisher.

Worst movie of the year so far. I don't just mean comic book movies either. Cage says he's such a huge fan of the character then plays him like a clown. I just can't get the scene where he punches his chest nd then begins to sway back and forth for a while out of my head. What the f*ck was that?

I agree with @Pendaghast,

The directors cut of Daredevil is solid (minus the whole Elektra storyline and shitty soundtrack) and Thomas Jane's Punisher is criminally underrated.

This movie was pretty lame but it was still more fun than the original Ghost Rider. Nicolas Cage is a fantastic actor but he needs solid directors who can direct him and make sure he doesn't overact at times.

Not gonna lie, the effects and action was pretty cool. If they fixed the plot, didn't use cage, and fix some other issues, then they'd have a fairly good movie
