"Ryan Reynolds is the perfect superhero". After watching Green Lantern, I definitely disagree with this. And like @WorkingTitle said, this movie is shit.

I don't get all the hate I have been a huge Green Lantern Fan since I was a small child and I'm in my thirties now. So I came in hoping they didn't kill my favorite superhero and I loved it in fact I've seen the film three times over the weekend I loved it so much hope they make another one!

Great movie. Never thought I would see GL on the big screen and am happy with the treatment. Looking forward to seeing it again.

Remember it takes less then five minutes for Hal to be superior to all other Lanterns.Just terrible writing.

Needed a montage at the very least to show progress.

hal jordan vs sinestro training session was the best bit.

it wouldn't be hard for the sequel to be better than the first film,the bar wasn't raised very high.

The first half of GL is awesome. The second half is where it starts to fall apart.

I still enjoyed it quite a bit. But it did need more Oa scenes (which apparently they filmed & didn't finish them.) And a longer running time. Oh well, I hope for a sequel. Seen it twice. Enjoyed it more the second time.

Where was secret origins in this story,no where.Didn't hate this movie,but no way the best they could do.

I'm also miffed that I defended Ryan Reynolds.He was Van Wilder in this.

I personally like it also. Not every CBM can be flawless. In fact which one has been? Maybe the orginal Superman (1978). I will be seeing it again.

Green lantern did hit theaters this Friday and I did enjoy watching this Superheroic Action Movie ? Filled with Special Effects and Cool Extra stuff I ever read from the Comic.

Watch as this plummets by at least 70% next weekend. If people didn't get fooled by the trailers and pre-release tv spots, how are they going to get fooled by this???

Wait, does this ad means that WB is spending even more of marketing?!?!?
