Peter Sarsgaard

Dr. Hector Hammond, created by John Broome and Gil Kane in the early 1960s, originally appeared in Green Lantern (vol. 2) # 5 (March-April 1961). Unlike many supervillains, Hammond does not use an alias.

Hammond's abilities include genius level intellect, potent telepathic and telekinetic abilities, and he occasionally displays the ability to absorb and mentally redirect the Green Lantern's emerald plasma.
