I definitely wanna see a sequel, I'm one of the few who actually liked the film (despite the flaws). I totally don't want a reboot so soon.

Sequel, most reviews make it out to be the worst thing ever, it's not, the writing may not have been amazing, but it got the job done, it was a fun summer popcorn flick.
I think with a better writing staff GL2 could be a lot better than the first.

haven't seen it yet,but i think a reboot is a bad idea.

just think how long it might take to see the green lantern on the screen again.

superman returns(2006) - superman man of steel(2012)

by the sound of things just get better writers & a new director & continue the story.

Im with you PaulRom, and Dane too; although the only real problem I found was that I wanted more space scenes, but if the trilogy is gonna go the way I think it's going, that will be fixed in the sequel. If there is a sequel.
PS: I want a sequel

I want a sequel because I want to see evil Sinestro. MArk Strong was amazing as Sinestro and I want to see him kill people. What are all the people whininh about the movie was cool. It was just as good as thor and had more action.

@supersayianfan1

Okay, you want a darker and much more serious Green Lantern reboot when clearly this is only Green Lantern's beginning in his more youthful, happy go lucky super hero days???

Seriously, just because it works for Batman does not mean it works for all super heroes. For Green Lantern, he gets more serious when (or at least if) one of his movie's sequel follows the O'Neil-Adams storyline where he and Green Arrow have that road trip to find America.
Other than that, it is pretty damn ridiculous to see Green Lantern as one of those gritty type of heroes.

The price we pay for the modern age of super heroes; darker storylines, gritty characters, realistic environment.

Other than that, the movie can be easily be fixed with a sequel; nothing is damage about the movie, it is just people's taste that is considering Green Lantern to be crap.

I saw it for the second time tonight, and now, even more so, I'm thinking: "What movie are you bashing?" I thought it was even better the second time around! Great action, great acting, great everything! I think Ryan Reynolds quite possibly did the best acting as a superhero than anybody!

I hope EVERYBODY is best for the sequel.

Hey guys. I saw Green Lantern and it's
AMAZING!

And if green lantern are victim of a
INDUSTRIAL BOYCOTT by part of the critic
audience. They trying to [frick] this film since november 2010.

Something like: " NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE FILM BE
GOOD, WE WILL MAKE IT LOOKS HORIBLE to
PROVE WE ARE RIGHT!"

And the rest of people comes in the negative hipe. Would the Haters wins?

You need to think that the green lantern take a bite in very powerfull agents in 2010..this could be a influence match. A revenge.

No way in hell this filme could be THAT HORRIBLE.

It´s a lot better than a lot of shit that the industry make us watch over the last years!

It´s better than wolverine. Better than all the hulks and fantastic fours...

In the worse case is equal of ironman 2.

C´mon!
