POLL: Should There Be a Superman/Flash nod at the End of Green Lantern?

Since Marvel has been showing a link to their characters existing in the same universe, do you think DC should start doing the same with their characters?

This June, do you think that there should be a nod/hint to Superman: The Man of Steel or the upcoming The Flash movie at the end of Green Lantern? Post in the usual place.

I'd not mind an easter egg of sorts but I if it doesn't then I wouldn't care. Iris West taking pictures of Green Lantern would be kinda cool though. But I would not mind it if there were none.

Hell yea I'd want to see some easter eggs. Even if DC/Warner doesn't want to go through with a cinematic universe, they should still at least throw in some easter eggs. They are so easy to do and its just a nice treat to the fans. Since Marvel does easter eggs so well I've now started to expect easter eggs in every cbm and if I don't see them then it takes a little away from the film for me.

I would say yes. Maybe not Batman based on how Nolan has made his films, but I can see Superman, GL and Flash or Wonder Woman all being in the same cinematic world. Since I think Flash is the next up for DC (as far as a new character) I think a cameo would be cool. Maybe like a red blur on a TV news report or something. The only thing is that Superman has actually been cast so Supes would be easier. I prefer the Flash though.

ugh. its already been stated that there WAS a Clark Kent cameo, but it got removed. more than likely because Nolan is in control of Superman now, and his movies only take place in their own worlds with no other heroes.

wishful thinking much?

NO.
@CorndogBurglar: It was Geoff Johns that decided, perhaps he thought that was better doing films based on flashed out characters rather than on cameos for nerd.

I'd love a Henry Cavill as Clark cameo in Green Lantern.
It'd also be cool to hear mentions of Gotham, Metropolis, Central City, The Daily Planet, or maybe even Queen or Wayne industries.

I think it would be cool to see a cameo of another DC character in there. Although I dont think there will be one, it's just going to be a straight up GL movie.

Please no! I loved the Hulk movie, but I thought Robert Downey JR showing up was stupid. What did his appearance have to do with the Hulk? I want Green Lantern. If I wanted the Flash I will wait until the Flash comes out.

I don't mind if the Easter Egg is like Gnort or Guy Gardner, but putting in other super heroes is just dumb.

I would like something very very small and subtle, like a picture of the Joker on the cover of a newspaper in the background, or a passing nod to Metropolis.

I agree with @DeathOnCredit
Something subtle would be the perfect way to go..news/radio reports are effective and the easiest route too since they can be playing in the background just enough for us to either hear or see(a la the screen in Iron Man 2 showing us map points across the globe).Plus the Lanterns are collectively the protectors of the whole universe,so it'd be naive to think the Guardians wouldn't at least be aware..Hal should gain intel on other heroes on Earth without a problem.I say bring on a Superman reference since Cavill's already casted and the movie'll be here long before Flash

As mush as nobody like whoring out other characters as nods or easter eggs that is what helps franchises and gets people talking around the water cooler. So I say yea.
