Kevin Feige Says NOVA Was Involved In The Early Drafts Of GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY
In yet another interview with Marvel's head honcho Kevin Feige (this time with ScreenCrush) he talks about how Richard Rider/Nova was involved but then cut out of the Guardians of the Galaxy! Hit the jump to check out more!
More Marvel! Kevin Feige had a quick interview with the guys over at ScreenCrush and he took the time to share that Nova was actually apart of the early process of the film but, "there was a fork in the road that we came to at one point in the development process where we decided to eliminate Nova and go full-on with Peter Quill’s story."
For those of you who are not familar with Nova he is (as Marvel.com describes him):
Randomly chosen to become a member of the Nova Corps until the Annihilation Wave destroyed them all, leaving him imbued with their combined power and guided by the super-intelligent Worldmind computer, Richard Rider wages a one-man battle for justice as Nova.
