Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter explores the secret life of our greatest President, and the untold story that shaped our nation. Visionary filmmakers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov (director of Wanted) bring a fresh and visceral voice to the blood-thirsty lore of the vampire, imagining Lincoln as history’s greatest hunter of the undead.




Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter stars Benjamin Walker, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Rufus Sewell, Jimmi Simpson, Dominic Cooper, Anthony Mackie, and will be released on June 22, 2012.

I'll definitely give this movie a chance. The premise to the book it's based on is totally original, & Tim Burton has delivered one of my all-time favorite superhero flicks. Bring it on :D

Well since Timur Bekmambetov is directing this movie, we can expect it to be lots of underwhelming flash with even less substance! I can see it now...JUST like Wanted!! Cool idea for a comic book (Wanted)/book (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter), given to this man to screw up completely! I have the feeling that we're donna find out that Abe, in his older years, finds a magical Loom that tells him how to find Vampires, and which ones to kill! If this were to be directed by NEARLY ANYONE else, I would be so freaking excited for it because the book was great!! As of now...MEH!

Yeah I see both sides but my gut response sees this in the same category as say Snakes on a Plane, how could it not be awesome? not that I ever saw that film but it reminds that we live in America. They took our jobs. They dirk rr Jaw. DIR Dirp dir dirrr
