Ah the ol' upside-down crucifix. This time demon-hunting duo Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga) travel to north London to help two young sisters supposedly possessed by evil spirits. I liked The Conjuring for the most part (I thought it got a bit OTT by the end) so I'll definitely be checking this one out. How about you guys?

The Conjuring 2 arrives in theaters June 10.

Why is jump scares the only option left in the arsenal of today's horror movies? What happened to the sense of dread?

@EroticNeurotic well its worked well at least in todays terms of horror film, I would take this any day then found footage films with the except of the paranormal trilogy (in my opinion i liked) its over used. But, you are right it would be nice to see a horror film the the feeling of dread in it

First one was good,story was not original,i saw many things before in horror movies,but what makes this movie good is how this movie is filmed and good acting.

But im sure that sequel will be much worse.

The basic scenario from the first movie was rather generic, but the characters set it apart from the usual stuff. I'm really looking forward to seeing Wilson and Farmiga return as the Warrens!

Hopefully, it's better than Insidious 2. The first Conjuring was pretty good.

Oh Shit! Looks worthy as the sequel. I wanted to applaud when I saw the Lorraine's like a horror geek. My hair stood up. Can't [frick]ing wait.
