One of the most exciting movies on the way next year has to be It: Chapter 2. The first instalment exceeded expectations at the box office last year and was a critical hit so all eyes are on the sequel to follow that by putting the spotlight on an adult cast as the Losers' Club reunites to bring an end to Pennywise the Clown's reign of terror once and for all. Now, we have a first look at the entire group!

As you can see, they were spotted shooting a scene together in a town doubling for Derry, Maine, the home of Pennywise and somewhere they will all be forced to return to when he comes back.

Starring  Bill Skarsgård as Pennywise, Jessica Chastain as Beverly Marsh, James McAvoy as Bill Denbrough, Jay Ryan as Ben Hanscom, Bill Hader as Richie Tozier, James Ransone as Eddie Kaspbrak, and Isaiah
Mutafa as Mike Hanlon, It: Chapter 2 is set to hit theaters on September 6th, 2019.

What do you think about these set photos from the sequel? Share your thoughts on that below.

I watched the first one the other day and I genuinely don't get it the appeal.

As someone who is actually a little uncool about clowns, I expected it to be at least a little unnerving. Nothing. At several points, it felt like a parody. Killer Klowns from Outer Space got to me more than It did.

@Spock0Clock - The film worked better for me as a comedy and coming of age story than a real horror movie. It has its scary moments, though.

@Unites - ImO its the forms they chose for IT, they were based on what kids see nowadays as horror, like the conjuring, babadook, the walking dead, and there was a bit of the thing in there which I thought was cool.

It feels more like a thing type film where the characters are active against the monster instead of passive victims.

It doesn't leave a lot to the imagination so its less scary, But I think if penny wise had scarier forms based on stuff like the thing, wolfman, and shit older people find scarier, it would be a bit more unnerving, but I think a lot of us are desensitized to horror so no matter what they do it wont be scary to an adult, so the story has to be good in general. Which it was.

Also penny wise just needs to be creepier in general. More horror coming from him physically transforming and body horror.

Less cgi as well.

@Spock0Clock - I'm a huge horror fan, but not because I like to be scared most horror movies don't have that effect on me. The horror films that I enjoy like The Witch, The Thing 1982, and It follows gives me an uneasy feeling throughout then constant jump scares. I think It part 1 does a great job of giving the viewer that feeling in two scenes. The first scene is were Pennywises arm stretches out to an extreme supernatural link to grab George giving the viewer the feeling that you can't escape from Pennywises. The second scene is when Ben is researching the towns history in the library the entire time Pennywise in the form of an old librarian is just standing almost out of fram looking right at him. To me just those two scenes are what puts IT above most modern horror movies to me because of that sense of dread that I feel though the films and really shows instead of telling the viewer that Pennywises has a suprrnatrual control of the town.

Love Jessica Chastain. IMO, she's probably one of the best actresses working today. Oh, and also..

Cant wait for this one, always wanted to see a proper IT adaptation, and this is exactly how I thought they should do it as a cinematic two parter.

But they really need to make penny wise scarier with [practical effects this time. Less of the conjuring BS and more of what he did in the original film. Warping reality in unnerving ways like when people didnt notice him.

They need to get crazier with his appearance.

Other than that Im sure this will be a good movie.

Jessica is one of my favorite actresses, for this role though, I was looking at a Amy Adams as she looked like a grown version of the kid from the first movie, but I’m sure Jessica will nail it.
