Following our first teasing glimpse of footage during the Super Bowl back in February, M. Night Shyamalan (Unbreakable, The Sixth Sense) has unveiled the full trailer for his latest supernatural thriller, Old.

The Glass director's latest is set for theatrical release on July 23, and follows a family who go on vacation to a mysterious, secluded beach, where they come to the realization that they are ageing at a rapid rate. The trailer doesn't reveal why this is happening, but we're sure the explanation will come with the usual Shyamalan twist.

Check out the chilling teaser below, and let us know what you think.

How I feel about this and M. Night in general currently.

M night, sometimes strikes gold, with signs or split. But most of the time, shoots in the dark.

M. Night is one of the most confusing filmmakers, so I have no idea what to expect from this lmao.

Will we get Signs, Split, Unbreakable? Or The Village, Lady in the Water, The Happening?

Tune in next episode!

@Waddles - I loved it like 3/4 of the way until the end lmao. Maybe I judged it too harshly, because the horror elements of it were really good.

@Menks123 - ... I liked how absolutely absurd The Happening was.

I mean, Mark Wahlberg as a science teacher? Hil-LARIOUS.

I have a weird hate-love relationship with most of Shyamalan's movies. I don't know I'm liking or not but I enjoyed it. The last movie I didn't enjoy was The last airbender.

This guy sucks. Unbreakable and Signs were good. Unfortunateky 6th Sense was spoiled for me, so I never really cared about that one. But I've been disappointed by everything else he's done. Usually interesting concepts with endings that ruin the film.

This will be aliens that put the beach in a time bubble to experiment and understand the aging process of humans. Just wait....

I really have no idea what to expect with Shyamalan, but this looks interesting

The graphic novel is pretty straightforward iirc, no silly twists or anything, so I wonder if he'll adapt it straight, or put his own spin on it.

One of the most frustrating directors of all time. I love Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs and even the Village. I was always baffled why people went insane over the ending.

Everything after that was awful until Split. Even the Visit I thought was ridiculously overrated. Split mainly got by on McAvoy and Taylor Joy's performances. There's some really poor editing throughout that film.

Then I made the mistake of getting all hyped up for Glass and found that pretty cringey.

I think Shyamalan is a good idea guy but never really understood what people liked about his movies. I've seen interviews with him where he completely misses the point of audience feedback.

An improvement on the prior trailer, surely, which mostly got laughs from weirdly emphasized line readings.

I have really enjoyed his tv venture in Servant.
It is a bit unnecessarily drawn out and could have been one longer season (including the planned season 3)
I loved Unbreakable.
Mostly enjoyed Signs but the water thing I found a bit weak.
Loved Split. Enjoyed Glass.
Airbender, Village, Lady & Happening I wish never happeninged.
