Silent Hill: Revelation 3D is based on the acclaimed survival horror videogame franchise by KONAMI and is the sequel to Hadida and Carmody's earlier Silent Hill directed by Christophe Gans. For years, Heather Mason (Clemens) and her father have been on the run, always one step ahead of dangerous forces that she doesn't fully understand. Now on the eve of her 18th birthday, plagued by terrifying nightmares and the disappearance of her father, Heather discovers she's not who she thinks she is. The revelation leads her deeper into a demonic world that threatens to trap her in Silent Hill forever.


Starring Adelaide Clemens, Kit Harington, Radha Mitchell, Sean Bean, Carrie-Anne Moss and Malcolm McDowell, Silent Hill: Revelation is set to hit theatres on October 26, 2012.

Yeah, marvel is right. Silent Hill was the best video game movie ever made. But it was also an excellent horror movie as well. Im excited for this.

The first movie did a great job of combining story elements and characters from the 1st 3 games while still doing its own thing. Sean Bean was PERFECT casting and I'm glad he's coming back.

@ManofStee91 Really? Silent Hill was one of the best Video games to movie translations ever nice huanting atmosphere,the source material was fairly close, I mean it looked just like the game. Resident evil on the other hand is total crap, so unlike the games in every regard, the whole 5 or 6 six movies you'll be like who the [frick] is Alice, and this is the main character of the movie, what the hell, this Resident Evil has nothing to do with the games and I always hated that fact, but it has to do with some goofy ass chick called Alice.., who is that agian, why should I care whats going on?

Im utterly shocked as to why they haven't REBOOTED this POS already.

We saw two clips at Comic Con. They were ok. Though the director said those two clips were the only things that could be deemed pg-13 and that the rest of the movie was a hard R. Hopefully there will be a red band trailer soon
