It looks like Huntington is going to upstage him just as Justin Long did in Zack and Miri Make a Porn.

brokenexcitemnet@ Not sure I would refer to this as a big lead role. A lead role is about all we can call it at this point.

This looks just meh, I really wish someone would make a Harry Dresden movie and make it closer to the book unlike that ScyFy show.

I like Routh. Yeah, Superman Returns sucked, but it wasn't his fault. Plus, his Clark was perfect. Christopher Reeve couldn't have saved that turdburger.

Why isn't Dylan Dog listed on the CBM release date list thingy on the homepage? It IS a CBM. (And the date for Priest is wrong, for that matter.)

High-five, Dmon. The other, way better wizard named Harry deserves a blockbuster movie franchise.

@Rex- Yeah but Routh did no actual acting. He never said a word and if you look at all his other roles, he has the same wooden/stale acting.

I really hope he doesn't make his way into a JLA film. Between Routh and Welling...holy fu*k, Superman is overdue for a GOOD actor.

With all due respect to the late great Christopher Reeve, Superman has never yet been played by a truly good actor. Not in live action, anyway. And unlike say, Batman, who can rely on a mask and shadows, Superman is a terribly difficult role. We'll see if this Cavill guy is up to the challenge.

We are not talking hamlet here , Superman/clark kent must look the part. Christopher Reeves made us believe clark Kent could actually conceal being superman. Brandon Routh did a great job as clark and superman and should have been given the chance to play superman for the man of steel.

would have liked to see this
