Love their attention to detail. Plus the 002 signifying the second model. The armor in iron man 2 had 001 on it. I know its abit of a "duh" thing but props for their eye to add it in.

My only gripe is that rhodes armor isn't bulky enough.

Only thing negative I find with the suits is the odd lines on the faceplates. Why are they their. We saw in the trailer that Tony's mask flips up as it always has. Now if it were like the Mark 5 where it formed around his body, it'd make sense. But the frown lines and what not -- Why?

Ok, this seemingly confirms that War Machine would have two armors in the movie (or at least, two paintjobs :D )

Which is it? Mark 42 or Mark 47? There seems to be conflicting reports as to which one is Tony's main armor. Here's it XLII (42), while most other articles say XLVII (47)?

I'm also guessing that this version of War Machine (v2.0) is in the film for like 10 mins tops as they've mostly shown the Iron Patriot armor so while it certainly looks pretty I don't think Rhodey's gunna do much in it

I think people are thinking into the Iron Patriot-esque suit too much... 1 trailer has been released so far, all we see of the Patriotic suit is the ceremony scene and at Tony's place. Most 1st trailers only show 2-3 different scenes from the movie. Such as, destruction of his beach house, the hostages falling from the plane and Iron Patriot. They're keeping his legit War Machine armor hidden for now. We'll most likely see it February 3rd during the Superbowl.

Wish this is how he looks instead of that Iron Patriot garbage.

They designed the coolest War Machine suit then slapped the Iron Patriot colours on top ._. I really hope the Iron Patriot colours aren't featured too much because MAN that suit looks good in black and silver

This is Tony's suit that he built for rhodey in the comic book prequel.

Can't tell how much I love that design. And well, this paint job does suit it better, but I really don't mind. It most likely will have a part in the movie, so I'm good.

I hope the War Machine armor will look like this before the end of the movie.

@Scabsallover

Its an U.S. Airfoce abbreviation for "Fighting First", often painted on the tail end of planes.

@AcidicHeart

Not super familiar with Iron Patriot but isn't he supposed to be Norman Osborn.

War Machine is such a badass. I want a solo movie for him and he needs to be in Avengers 2.
