I have joined just to post this article although I am a very old member of this page so please don' judge me.

I was looking for some Iron Man 3 spoilers and came accross this forum posts that talks about some inside news so have a look...

I am not posting all of them but some are the interesting...

General Ross is either mentioned or has a cameo that is to remind Stark about their deal during Incredible Hulk.

The Armor shown a Hulkbuster is actually a prototype on which he was working on Ross' request but later stopped.

James Rhodes shares a scene with a woman called Captain Denvers.

Dr Pym gets multiple mentions in movie.

All stark said at the end of incredible hulk was ''we are putting together a team'' or what ever,this film shouldn't go into that much detail about other characters,just mention the battle of new york,and I think stark must of made the hulk buster just in case

Not feeling the General Ross mention/cameo, considering that the scene when Tony meets him in the Bar "never happened" according to Joss Whedon.

if she is in this movie she wont be ms.marvel (yet)

id like to think that hank pym will be mentioned but i thought that edgar scott confirmed it was going to be scott lang as antman not hank pym

i think throwing in some mention of general ross and the hulkbuster armor would be a nice tie in

@watwd9 the original story was supposed to be Pym in the past, Lang in the future. But Marvel and Edgar decided that won't work in the MCU so i think Edgar is rewriting so it's just Pym.

And i think that the tie in with Ross is cool.

Carol could be in the movie,to set her up to become Ms. Marvel in the future, maybe a member of the Avengers in The Avengers 2.

@Im53 Stark was the one who built the sonic cannon trucks Ross used on the Hulk, you can see the Stark Industries logo on the truck and in the opening credits you can see the blupints fot the trucks with Stark's name and such on it.

So the Ross mention of them having a deal doesn't shock me.

I thought the Marvel One-shots established that SHIELD just sent Tony to piss off General Ross at the end of TIH?

@ and when they talked at the bar , or sometime afterward bfore the avengers, he could have asked Tony to build the Hulkbuster armor, but Tony probably didn't see a reason to build it until he met the Hulk.

@acira yeah, to prevent Blonsky from being recruited. But they could have made a deal at the time that Marvel didn't want to tell us about.

If Carol Danvers is in IronMan3 then she will show up in some way in G.O.T.G and get her powers some how.

It would not be true to the source material, but the they could replace Captain Mar-Vell with Nova(richard rider who is rumored to be in GOTG), he coud save her from the explosion. Making it his powers that genetically alter Danvers and not Mar-Vell. Oh and making her a Captain instead of a colonel would solve where the name came from, like it sez above.


We now know that Thanos is out there and he and Mar-Vell have serious history so the correct way for Danvers to get her powers is possible. Who knows just throwin that out there for shits&giggles.

Regardless of the way she gets her powers, if she shows up in IronMan3 then she will get her powers in G.O.T.G. im callin it. Then the after credits scene for G.O.T.G will be Nick Fury showing up at some secret milatary/Shield hospital askin her to join the Avengers. BOOK IT!
