Ben Affleck Stole A Batarang From The Set Of JUSTICE LEAGUE And You Won't Believe What Warner Bros. Did Next

The signs may be pointing to Ben Affleck walking away from the role of Batman after Justice League but it appears as if the actor couldn't resist taking a memento away with him from the set of the DC Comics adaptation. In the video below, Affleck reveals that he decided to take a Batarang home with him but that led to unexpected repercussions as Warner Bros. ended up billing him for it shortly after.

"There was some other stuff that fell off the truck, like the batarangs and stuff," Affleck revealed. "I kept getting these phone calls from the prop department, like, ‘You sure you haven’t found any of that stuff yet?'" It turns out that they were looking for the missing Batarang and upon realising that he must have taken it home from the set of Justice League, he was caught out and forced to pay for it.

"You can’t exactly have been stealing if you got been billed for it, which is what happened to me," the actor laughed. "Turns out batarangs aren’t cheap!" Unfortunately, he didn't reveal how much he paid but it was probably worth it. It's just a shame that we've probably seen Affleck's Caped Crusader wield his last Batarang on the big screen. Well, that's what all the latest reports are claiming anyway!

@Highflyer - And rightfully so, he deserves some kind of memoir or trinket. This is ridiculous. RDJ has the giant A from The Avengers (Marvel literally gave it to him). https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/marvel-gave-robert-downey-jr-741929

They didn't just bill you son, they gonna recast your ass next. You are supposed to play Bruce Wayne, not a comic accurate guilt ridden Tony Stark.

I watched JL, and some lines of dialogue are noticeably absent. Why the heck did they replace "My turn" with "Sorry guys but I didn't bring a sword."?

@MrBillCipher - I thought it was stupid asf. I know Joss is known for his quipy and sharp dialogue but in this film he missed the mark on some points. Another example of when I thought he went too far is when Batman said, "Yep, something is definitely bleeding." If felt like a scene meant for spider-man or tony stark.

@Highflyer - Or Superman after separating the boxes "I lied. I wish I was dead"

@4N6 - I actually thought that line was 10x better than those replaced batman lines.
