Henry Cavill Continues To Troll Fans About GREEN LANTERN's Appearance In JUSTICE LEAGUE
Henry Cavill once again takes to Instagram to have a bit of fun with the DC Comics fandom's current obsession with Green Lantern Hal Jordan's rumored appearance in the DCEU's Justice League.
Apparently, Superman actor Henry Cavill had a knee injury that forced him to miss some days in the weight room. Time off which has the British actor joking that his muscles are shrinking down to the size of Green Lantern. Of course, this kind of post is naturally going to create a stir within the fandom about Green Lantern Hal Jordan appearing in Zack Snyder's Justice League. Hal's inclusion or cameo in the film is an element that DC fans have been speculating upon for months, if not years.
However, the most recent (questionable) rumor pegs Abin Sur as the ring-wielding galactic guardian that will be showing up just before the credits roll on Snyder's superhero team-up film.
"Since I came off the ol knee injury I've been steadily increasing my training work load. I know it's irritating when people say this but it genuinely does feel so good to be back in it. I'm not destroying myself every day. Just working towards improvement by pushing hard enough to elicit change. Nothing funny to post here, it's deadly serious because I've got to make sure that I'm bigger than Green Lantern....Wait whaaat?"
