Kiersey Clemons Talks JUSTICE LEAGUE Reshoots And FLASHPOINT's Delay

Kiersey Clemons talks here about whether or not she's been involved in Joss Whedon's extensive Justice League reshoots and when she hopes to start working on the Scarlet Speedster's solo movie, Flashpoint.

Joss Whedon has been at the helm of extensive Justice League reshoots, something which has probably included removing the scenes featuring Billy Crudup as the Flash's father, Henry Allen (due to him deciding to leave the DC Extended Universe earlier this year). Iris West, however, hasn't been recast but during a new interview, Kiersey Clemons confirmed that she's not been part of reshoots.

"I finished all my stuff with Zack [Snyder], I wish him well and I have no idea what’s going on right now but I’m sure whatever they’re doing is necessary," she revealed before adding: "I know the parts that I did
introducing Iris are f*cking sick. I can’t wait to see the movie. I’m so happy that I’ve been introduced to this genre because I didn’t really have any type of desire to be a part of any superhero world. And then I stepped on the set of 'Justice League' and I was like, 'Holy sh*t. Alright!'"

It sounds like Snyder has dreamed up a very imaginative and cool introduction for Iris West before she takes on a key role in the upcoming Flashpoint movie and Clemons went on to address where things stand with the long delayed DC Comics adaptation and her hopes that it will start shooting next year.

"I’m gonna finish up the year, and then by January if we aren’t gonna go on The Flash I will probably get back to writing and then take a little break." It doesn't sound like she's heard anything definite then so hopefully Warner Bros. will get its act together and find a director who won't leave the project due to creative differences! Are you guys excited to see Clemons appear as Iris West in Justice League
