New Screen-Accurate JUSTICE LEAGUE Collectible Statues Offer New Looks At SUPERMAN & The Full Team
Thanks to an upcoming line of premium statues, we've just received fresh looks at all six members of the Justice League, including Superman (who isn't sporting the black costume). Come take a look!
While it wasn't exactly a secret, we've finally received more confirmation that Henry Cavill's Superman will indeed make an appearance in Zack Snyder's Justice League this fall. Now, as for how big of an appearance, that's yet-to-be-seen.
Yahoo! Movies have debuted six first look images at DC Collectibles' upcoming line of premium, screen-accurate 12-inch statues, which are based on the upcoming movie lineup. That lineup features Cavill as the Man of Steel, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, and Ray Fisher as Cyborg.
The meticulously detailed statues offer amazing new looks at each individual costume and reveal that Superman will wear his red-and-blue suit at some point during the movie. It's also been heavily rumored that he'll possibly sport a black-and-silver costume as well, but since we're still a long ways away from November, it'll probably be a few more months before we catch any sort of official look at that suit.
The limited edition statues go on sale November 17th, the date of the film's release, and will retail for $150 a piece, with only 5,000 copies ever being produced. All six statues will be on display this weekend at the New York Toy Fair. Check them out below:
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
