As we write this, fans at New York Comic Con are being treated to the first episode of VisionQuest, but the first half of Marvel Television's panel included several big announcements.
The first saw the studio confirm that we're getting Zodiac on Disney+ in 2028. Described as a spy thriller, no additional story, character, or casting details have been revealed. It's hard to shake the feeling that this might be a codename for something else, as none of the comic book iterations of Zodiac seems quite right for a TV series.
The "A" seems to be hinting at S.H.I.E.L.D., anyway, so it's going to be an interesting show to keep an eye on in the coming months.
It's also been revealed that Marvel Animation's Marvel Zombies is making a comeback with three specials over three years: The Winter Soldier in 2027, The Fist of Khonshu in 2028, and The Last Guardian in 2029. It appears the plan is for them to drop every Halloween.
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2 has a new poster, along with confirmation that it returns to Disney+ on January 13. An X-Men '97 Season 3 trailer featured appearances from Deadpool and She-Hulk, though that could be Morph again.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 was also spotlighted briefly, with Marvel Studios confirming that Season 3 will be its last (which drew loud boos from attendees). Charlie Cox joked about resurrecting the #SaveDaredevil campaign, and a trailer was shown to fans.
In that, the Defenders reunite, Bullseye is shown in his full suit, and Matt Murdock reportedly creates a makeshift costume with his prison uniform. There's currently nothing to suggest that will be officially released, and it hasn't leaked...yet.
Finally, we have a new VisionQuest poster, which can also be seen below. The first reactions from critics and fans will drop a little later, though screeners were only sent out earlier today, so it's doubtful that anyone has watched it in its entirety just yet.
Stay tuned for more updates from New York Comic Con as we have them.
