Remastering BTAS for Blu-Ray would be super time consuming and expensive. I wouldn't hold my breath. Anyway, as with most pre-21st century TV animation, it wouldn't look noticeably better on Blu-Ray. You could fit three times the number of episodes on one disc, though.
