A while back I saw this poster for Heath Ledger's last movie The Imaginarium of Dr. Passus. I am told it is written in Korean. I know its not really comic related, but Ledger was in the Dark Knight. This is Ledger's last role, he was unable to complete his role. Johnny Depp, Jude Law,, and Colin Farrell finished his role. It's scheduled for release in September.

HAWK out.

Looks interesting. Whether comic-related, or not. I'll most likely go and see this.
Terry Gilliam has made a home in my blackened heart.

three actors filled his role?
THEHAWK
THEHAWK - 2/22/2009, 8:01 AM
Yeah Betty, those three finished it. I belive they portray different aspects of Ledger's character as he travels threw parralel worlds. And if I'm not mistaken they donated their earnings to Ledger's daughter. Oh and this has as much to do with comics as a Family Guy spoof of Christian Bale. they're both related to actors that played roles in the second highest grossing movie ever.

Hopefully his acting in this is better then the dark knight

Ledger said he was more excited and enthusiastic about this, than any movie he had done in a few years.

i just read an article (cant remember where--google it) that said Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrel all donated their entire salary to Heath's daughter Matilda because she wasn't in her father's will because it was old. They did the scenes for free! that my friends is humanity in Hollywood! I was shocked but please!

Man of Iron trust me they didn't do it for free and it does not matter if she was in the will or not she blood related so she get his money anyways

grif, i was talking about Heath, and the role that caused his overdose. Nothing REALLY about TDK. I was talking about the actor. His death was crushing to the world of acting in my opinion.

haha... gimpclown may be the best thing I've heard all week. i've had the flu for three days and you just got the first real smile out of me.

Terry Gilliam has had the devil's curse on his films for too long (since quixote). He's a brillian writer/director and I was so grateful to hear that Colin Farrel, Johnny Depp and Jude Law offered thier services (free of charge from what I've read) to fill the role(s) left vacant by Heath. i'm sure the move will be brilliant and now it's sure to be released instead of wallowing in the hell of "the shelf".

Also... I know it's sick, but I think I've grown an affection for supermike. He's like that little dog that always bites on your nuts when you least expect it. You swat at him and call him a little A$$#0!# when he does... but deep inside, you'd miss him if he were gone.

I'll leave my opinion of Heaths acting alone this once, as I just wanted to point out how cool Depp, Law, and Farrell are for doing this.
