LAST NIGHT IN SOHO: Watch The Trailer Teaser For Edgar Wright's Next Film Starring Anya Taylor-Joy

After a series of delays, Last Night in Soho is going to be released on October 22. Starring Anya Taylor-Joy (The New Mutants), Thomasin McKenzie (Jojo Rabbit), Matt Smith (Doctor Who), Terence Stamp (His Dark Materials), and Diana Rigg (Game of Thrones), this is Edgar Wright's first film since Baby Driver, and there's a lot of excitement for his first psychological thriller.

Now, a trailer teaser has been released ahead of tomorrow's full trailer.

"Edgar Wright’s psychological thriller about a young girl, passionate in fashion design, who is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s where she encounters her idol, a dazzling wannabe singer," reads the synopsis. "But 1960s London is not what it appears, and time seems to fall apart with shady consequences..."

It feels like that description barely scratches the surface of what's to come here, and with Wright at the helm, you know we're in for something special.

The filmmaker penned the screenplay alongside Penny Dreadful scribe Krysty Wilson-Cairns, and in this teaser, we see McKenzie's character sleeping and seeming dreaming about Joy's singer in a neon-soaked London. It doesn't reveal much, but definitely features Wright and editor Paul Machliss's signature style. Hopefully, more will be revealed when the trailer is released.

Maybe they should ask him to direct Twilight Of The Dead (the planned final Romero zombie movie).

George Romero liked his work even gave him, pegg and frost cameos in land of the dead

Either him or Tom Savini

Wow that looks really different than what I look to Edgar Wright for but the guy has earned my ticket. I’ve loved almost all of his movies so this is an opening night viewing for sure

Is Wright still doing a new adaptation of The Running Man? Would love to see his take on that.
