Captain America

Master Martial Artist / Strategist / Tactician: Steve Rogers was trained extensively in multiple forms of combat including martial arts. Thanks to the Super Soldier Serum, he was able skip the physical conditioning and flexibility training. Although a few of them have been identified, every discipline he was trained in is unknown and unclear. American Boxing, Judo, Aikido, and Jujutsu are the only revealed disciplines, but he has utilized various different techniques and methods from multiple others. Among these are various Gong fu (or Kung fu) such as Taijiquan, Wing Chun, various Shaolin arm methods which he incorporates for his shield, Chin na, and northern kicking methods, Capoeira, Muay Thai, Karate, Eskrima, and hand techniques used in Ninjutsu. While there are potential other forms which may play a role, many of them were invented after WW2 or during it when Rogers was engaging the enemy axis. His private tutors' identities are unknown, and eastern martial arts were not well recognized during the late 1930s and early 1940s; many of them were regarded as flashy, and even useless movements. Many martial arts teachers refused to teach their methods to westerners. He may have possibly learned different techniques from fighting other persons who use them. Two of his best students Bucky and Hawkeye have been seen using at least one sophistocated hand technique from Ninjutsu that was meant for sensitive points of the body, confirming that Rogers taught it to them strengthening the idea that he may have learned it after confronting Hand ninjas before America officially joined the war.

Steve Rogers incorporates every area of combat in his methods. He excels in punching, kicking, elbowing, kneeing, headbutting, hand techniques and pressure point fighting, grappling, blocking, parrying, trapping, joint locking and manipulating, restraining, disarming, ground fighting, and tricking. He is extremely fluid when fighting enabling himself to adapt to any change in the environment or the physical status of him or his opponent(s) (if they gained or lost a weapon for instance). Steve is very cunning, and creative in battle; even masters of overall combat have great difficulty predicting his next course of action, even through body language. He is able to shift from stand up combat to ground fighting, and even aerial combat due to his mastery over acrobatics. He generally uses many different techniques often seen today in modern kickboxing, wushu, and mixed martial arts. He is well known for using momentum to his advantage making it so that he could strike an opponent much harder than he could without it. He has turned his falls from being hit by an opponent into acrobatic kicks and punches by using the momentum from the assault and "flowing" with it. Tricking also plays an especially large role in his form often using many of those techniques against multiple opponents to create space and confusion, as well as aerial combat (he initially nicknamed it combat gymnastics since there was originally no official name for it). He does not generally use any other weapons than his shield, but his training in Aikido, Jujutsu, overall combat experience, and understanding of hand techniques as well as hand coordination enables him to wield all forms of weaponry with great proficiency.

He is well aware the existance of chi (Ki, or internal energy), and uses it for both combat and health reasons. Steve uses any advantage he can find against his opponents, especially superhumans. If they are physically larger than him, he would assault the larger and easier to hit pressure points. He has often defeated opponents much stronger, faster, and more durable than he. Rogers believes in limitations of both himself and his enemies as well as unpredictability. He trains routinely in simulated combat sometimes blindfolded, in dark and pitch black areas, and even in slippery and uneven terrains to the event of ever having fight in them. Steve uses any flaw he can find in terrains and objects to his advantage by assaulting them to trigger unexpected responses; he sometimes tricks his opponents into doing it for him without them knowing about it or realizing what the ending result would be.

(sidenote: there was actually an article from marvel.wikia on Captain America's fighting style, so don't think I'm being biased by giving his part more details. lol.)

Batman

Master Martial Artist / Strategist / Tactician: Batman is one of the finest human combatants Earth has ever known. He trained in the US for various martial arts for 3 years. He has mastered 127 styles of martial arts including Muay Thai, Escrima, Krav Maga, Capoeira, Savate, Yaw-Yan, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Jujitsu, Ninjitsu, Kendo, Fencing, swordsmanship, Kenjutsu, Kali, Bojutsu, Francombat, Boxing, Kickboxing, Hapkido, Wing Chun, Parkour, Shorin Ryu, Silat, Chin Na, Kyudo, Aikido, Varma Ati, Jeet Kune Do, Shaolin, Ba Gua, Hung Gar, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and Kenpo. His primary form of combat is an idiosyncratic admixture of Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Muay Thai, Karate, Boxing, Jujitsu, and Ninjitsu.

Through his martial arts training, he has become an expert on virtually all types of weaponry. He is an exceptional swordsman as evident in his fight with Ra's al Ghul, his proficiency in Jui Jitsu can proclaim his swordsmanship skill. Proficient at knife throwing, Escrima, & melee weapons mastery, having mastered Kobudo. He was trained and became proficient in all arms. He soon learned expanded melee weapon techniques and he has learned expanded weapon/device sciences. He still practices during his combat sessions to keep his skills intact, though he prefers unarmed combat. He commonly utilizes cunning tactics to outwit his foes.

________________________________________________________________________________

Wolverine

Master Martial Artist / Tactician: With over 100 years of battle experience, Wolverine has extraordinary hand-to-hand combat ability, and, alongside Steve Rogers and Taskmaster, is considered one of the finest combatants on Earth. Due to his extensive training as a soldier, a CIA operative, a samurai, a spy, and a member of the X-Men, Wolverine is an exceptional hand-to-hand combatant, having mastered virtually every martial arts fighting style on Earth and is also well versed in pressure points and the art of espionage. He studied the samurai arts from a man who met the famed 17th century samurai Miyamoto Musashi, Ogun. Wolverine is also a trained expert in multiple types of weapons, explosives, and assassination techniques.

Though seemingly brutish, Wolverine is highly intelligent. When Forge monitored Wolverine's vitals during a Danger Room training session, he reported Logan's physical and mental state as "equivalent to an Olympic-level gymnast performing a Gold-medal-winning routine whilst simultaneously beating four chess computers in his head", which gives something of an idea of the level of sophistication and tactical processing Logan is capable of utilizing while in combat. He remembers Ogun teaching him Sun Tzu's The Art of War.

________________________________________________________________________________

Nightwing

Master Martial Artist / Strategist / Tactician: As Nightwing, Grayson is a master of dozens of martial arts disciplines, with an emphasis on Aikido and Escrima, taught to him by Batman. His preferred fighting style combines Escrima, Judo, Savate, Capoeira, Aikido, Boxing, Wing Chun, Jujutsu, Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, and Bojutsu with his acrobatic abilities. Other styles he has knowledge of include Tai Chi, Kenpo, Muay Thai, Ninjutsu, Krav Maga, Kobudo, and many others. He is considered one of the finest human combatants in unarmed combat, almost on par with Batman. He has fought, and held his own or defeated some of the best fighters in the world. Prominent examples include Ra's Al Ghul, Deathstroke, Jason Todd, Shrike, Red Arrow/Arsenal (Roy Harper), Azrael, and even Batman himself.

Through his martial arts training with Batman, he has become an expert on almost all types of weaponry. He has mastered knife throwing, as well as melee weapons, having trained in and mastered Kobudo. Since his earliest days as Robin, he has been trained and become proficient with all firearms. He was soon taught and he learned expanded melee weapon techniques and he has learned expanded weapon/device sciences during his training. As a result of his training with the Batman, he still practices with firearms during his combat sessions to keep his skills intact, though he prefers unarmed combat. His most preferred weapon is a pair of Escrima sticks which he has mastered, in incorporated into his own unique style of fighting. He is a proficient swordsman and has bested Ra's Al Ghul in a sword-fight. Like his mentor, Grayson is a brilliant, albeit looser tactician who relies more on intuition and timing, rather than meticulous preparation.

________________________________________________________________________________

Iron Fist

Master Martial Artist: Danny is a master of K'un-Lun's martial arts and many of Earth's. Among them being Kunlunquan, Shaolinquan, Judo, Aikido, Karate, and has even displayed proficient boxing, loose brawling and street fighting tactics. Danny is one of the greatest martial artists who has ever walked the earth; having held his own against Captain America in a contest of pure skill, defeated the likes of Sabertooth while temporarily blind, and even defeated Wolverine in a fight along with Colossus, and Nightcrawler. Recently his skill has been augmented to unknown levels. He, for example, possesses infinite ways to kill a man, such as the Black-Black Poison Touch which uses his chi to kill anyone in the close vicinity.

He has been trained in the use of virtually all martial arts weapons.

________________________________________________________________________________

Deathstroke

Skilled Martial Artist / Tactician: Trained in hand-to-hand combat and when he was in the Army, he proved himself to be one of their best fighters. During this time, he received Martial Arts training through Boxing, Ju-Jitsu and Karate. After mastering these Martial arts He furthered his studies when he sought an assassin known as Natas to train him in the ways of the Ninja and Assassination techniques after this he became the man known as Deathstroke. His physical prowess is so great that he fought Batman to a near standstill and Batman only defeated him during the Infinite Crisis storyline when he had the help of Nightwing and Robin.

Slade is most likely the greatest strategist and tactician on the planet always calculating his opponents moves before hand he even single handedly defeated the entire JLA roster. He has been compared to Batman in terms of tactical methods. Even against metahumans he has proved more than a match for them all at once with time to prepare.

________________________________________________________________________________

Deadpool

Master Martial Artist: Deadpool is an extraordinary hand-to-hand combatant and is a master in multiple unarmed combat techniques such as Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Tangsoodo, Shaolin Kung-Fu, Wing Chun, Kendo, Ninjitsu, and Ju-Jutsu. He has been shown fighting such amazingly skilled fighters as Wolverine and Taskmaster and even defeating them in hand to hand combat. This shows that Deadpool himself is among the most skilled fighters in the Marvel universe. He is a master of assassination techniques, is a master marksman, and is highly skilled with bladed weapons (frequently carrying two swords strapped to his back).

________________________________________________________________________________

Red Robin

Martial Arts Master / Tactician: Tim has mastered multiple martial arts but his most preferred[citation needed] type of combat is Stick Fighting. He has incorporated aspects of Lady Shiva, Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson and Connor Hawke's fighting styles into his own, as well as others.

Tim, much like Dick Grayson is also a brilliant and experienced strategist with impressive leadership skills, having served as leader to the Teen Titans, Young Justice, and even being placed in charge of the the rescue efforts of Blüdhaven by Superman, following the attack made by Deathstroke and his fellow villains.

________________________________________________________________________________

Black Panther

Master Martial Artist / Strategist / Tactician: He has been groomed to be a warrior from birth. An expert in practically all forms of armed and unarmed combat, and a master of all martial arts including African and unknown forms. He is a master of stealth, disguise etc. He is considered to be one of the best martial artists to have ever walked the Earth. This is evident by him being able to stalemate and even gain the upper hand at times against opponents such as Captain America, Daredevil etc. in hand to hand fights. The Panther has mastered all known weapons.

T'Challa is a genius tactician, strategist, and leader who is practically peerless. He was taught tactics and strategies in his youth by his father who encouraged him to always think two steps ahead of his enemies and three steps ahead of his friends. His prowess is such that he is able to out think and out maneuver individuals such as Tony Stark, and other geniuses

________________________________________________________________________________

Lady Shiva

Master Martial Artist: Lady Shiva is a deadly assassin and one of the most prominent martial artists on the planet. She has combined many moves and elements from numerous martial arts including a few forgotten ones to create a combat form that matches her own strengths. Among the identified forms are Leopard Kung Fu, Judo, Capoeira, Kokusho, Savate, Karate, Dragon Kung Fu and Stick Fighting. She is very effective in battle against single to multiple opponents and rivals many others fighters such as Batman and even her own daughter whom she has defeated on at least one occasion.

________________________________________________________________________________

Shang Chi

Master Martial Artist: Shang Chi is one of the greatest martial artists who has ever lived, having been born and trained to be the ultimate warrior. Shang Chi is a master of various martial arts from around the world with a specialization in Chinese kung fu. He has been shown defeating multiple highly skilled opponents simultaneously as well as metahumans. His great strength and chi (qi) allows him to strike with inhuman force enabling him to break through barriers such as brick, concrete and iron, withstand physical impacts almost to a superhuman degree, and ease all forms of pain and discomfort. Shang has defeated Iron Fist in single combat, although in most cases the two martial artists are portrayed to be equal.

________________________________________________________________________________

Cassandra Cain

Martial Arts Master: Due to her life long training Cassandra has a master level knowledge of all fighting arts known and unknown and continues to learn with every new opponent she faces. She and her father (David Cain), along with several other members of the League of Assassins, including Bronze Tiger, and Merlyn the archer, and a series of instructors hired by Cain, including Alpha. Upon taking the mantle of Batgirl, she was trained further by Batman, Oracle, Black Canary, and then by Lady Shiva, and has received supplementary instruction from Onyx. She has also invented her own styles and techniques such as the 'Falling Leaf' technique. Her defensive abilities consist primarily of evasive moving due to her ability to read her opponents she has not needed to form advanced defensive techniques. However this has been rectified due to Batman's training. Has mastered Dragon Style Kung Fu. Has been trained under the Batman Cassandra has undergone the same training and teachings as the past Robins, Nightwing and Oracle.

Cassandra is schooled in all known and many unknown assassin techniques such as pressure points, killing techniques and stealth to name a few.

She advanced ability to read body language enabling her to anticipate what a person is thinking. Similar to Lady Shiva's ability. However it has limitations due to familiarity with opponent's physiology and her capacity to translate data. It enables her to identify disguised/transformed persons, identify what they are thinking through their body movements.

________________________________________________________________________________

Elektra

Master Martial Artist: Elektra has mastered many martial arts of China Siam(Thailand) and Japan. While many of them are unstated, Ninjutsu is the most noticeable one.

She is a master of many different weapons. Among the known are Okinawan Sai which are her usual weapons of choice (it is presumed she may have trained with all Okinawan Kobudo weapons), katanas, knives, sansetsukon (3-sectional staff), and (shuriken) throwing stars. Elektra is skilled with throwing weapons and sharpshooting.

________________________________________________________________________________

Catwoman

Expert Combatant: She was trained by the Armless Master in martial arts and by Wildcat in boxing and street-fighting. She is a dangerous, clever and resourceful fighter, known for precise, agile attacks and speedy getaways. Her formidable hand-to-hand combat skills are augmented by her cat-like speed, reflexes, balance, and flexibility. Has also mastered Dragon Style Kung Fu and Karate. Her skills are good enough to where she has fought off Batman, wounded him, and occasionally defeated him (more than once).

________________________________________________________________________________

Psylocke

Master Martial Artist: Psylocke has been classified as a master martial artist, though the specific fighting arts she has mastered have never been revealed. Presumably, as a ninja, she is skilled in various Ninjutsu techniques such as Taijutsu and Ninja Kenpo. Even though she is known as a ninja and worked for The Hand as one, her fighting skills and techniques far surpass those of the average Hand Ninja or Crimson Dawn Undercloak. Her skills have been said to rival those of a ninja grandmaster(10th Dan level black belt or above). Psylocke is also very well versed in the use of all Ninja weapons, stealth methods, silent movement, infiltration, concealment, escape & evasion, covert methods, Ninja espionage, and Ninja acrobatics.

As a telepath, Psylocke takes advantage of her powers in a fight by reading her opponents' movements seconds before they make them, giving her the opportunity to counter-attack faster, and she can also use her telepathy to mask her presence from other people, humans and super-humans alike. She also creates telepathic illusions to distract her enemies while fighting them and as a ninja, she uses her psychic knife to incapacitate her opponents without killing them, though she has less inhibitions about doing so and will if necessary.

As a telekinetic, she often uses her powers to augment her strength and speed, which made her fighting skills so strong that she was able to match and even outmatch other superhumanly strong opponents like a holographic version of Sabretooth in the Danger Room. Psylocke was also able to match Rogue’s attacks during a training session, despite the fact that Rogue had greatly enhanced speed and strength at the time.

________________________________________________________________________________

Black Widow

Master Martial Artist / Strategist / Tactician: Natasha is an expert in the field of martial arts. She has mastered Karate, Judo, Aikido, Savate, Boxing, and multiple styles of Kung Fu.

She is a very effective strategist, tactician, and field commander. She has lead the Avengers and even SHIELD on one occasion.

Natasha is a very accurate marksman skilled in sharpshooting and knife throwing.

________________________________________________________________________________

Black Canary

Martial Arts Master / Strategist: She is one of the most skilled martial artists on the planet. She has also been trained by Wildcat, who is formerly the Heavyweight Champion of the World, in the art of Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Krav Maga, and Hapkaido. Has also been trained in Dragon Style Kung Fu and pressure point fighting by Richard Dragon. Thanks to Wonder Woman, Dinah has been trained in Amazon martial arts, but is strictly a novice in that kind of fighting style. Other styles she's shown skill in include Savate, Judo, Aikido, Jujutsu, Wing Chun, and Tae Kwon Do.

Dinah is also considered a strong leader and strategic thinker, which has led to her being made Chairwoman of the latest incarnation of the JLA.

________________________________________________________________________________

Daredevil

Master Martial Artist: Daredevil has also been trained in the ninja arts by Stick, a master and member of the secret order The Chaste. Nick Fury, former director of S.H.I.E.L.D, commented that there are only a handful of individuals that know what Matt Murdock knows, referring to the Chaste. Stick helped Daredevil control his powers and taught him valuable fighting techniques with ninja-stealth, ninja-vanishing, to even life-energy(chi/ki)control. Matt uses a variety of pressure points as in paralyzing an entire body or certain parts of the body. He's disabled eye sight, speech, induced pain, and even has knowledge of death pressure points. Daredevil's fighting style blends American-style Boxing, Ninjutsu, Judo, Aikijujutsu Toshin-do,Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira and Wushu, most notably Stick Fighting with his acrobatic ability. His skills have proven sufficient to allow him to defeat, or at least hold his own, against some of the greatest fighters on Earth. He has fought opponents such as the Black Panther, Taskmaster, Sabretooth, and Wolverine to standstills, even impaling Wolverine with a sword while the mutant was in a feral state due to brainwashing by the terrorists known as Hydra.

Thanks to his martial arts training, Matt is proficient in wielding various different weapons. Since Ninjutsu is the only identified martial art that teaches weapons, it would indicate he is trained in the use of katanas, spears, naginatas, kusarigama, knives, and projectiles. Matt is also an expert in wielding all types of stick weapons which range to staffs, batons, nunchaku, and paired eskrima sticks. He is very accurate in throwing projectile like weaponry along with his billy clubs.

________________________________________________________________________________

Green Arrow

Master Martial Artist: He is proficient in several forms of hand-to-hand combat including Judo, Kickboxing and Karate. Proclaimed as a martial arts master, he has shown the ability to take on seven people at once. He spent several months dedicated to making himself a better fighter and trained with many of the world's finest martial arts teachers and even went through training from Natas, the same person who trained Deathstroke.

Ollie is also very proficient with a sword, though it is not his preferred weapon of choice. He has beaten Jason Todd in a sword-fight and has deflected an incoming arrow with the sword he carries.

Oliver Queen is perhaps the finest archer ever known. He claims to be able to shoot 29 arrows per minute (he stated this himself, in the Sound of Violence story arc, when he corrected Black Canary for saying 26). He has a wide-variety of trick arrows, ranging from bola arrows to time-bomb arrows to his infamous boxing-glove arrow. In recent years he has used these arrows sparingly, preferring the time-tested simple arrow. Green Arrow has shown the ability to shoot an arrow down the barrel of a gun, pierce a drop of water as it leaves a tap, and shoot almost any part of the human body; although he aims only to wound and not kill when he shoots. He once shot two arrows down two different gun barrels while upside down, in mid-flip while somersaulting off a building.

________________________________________________________________________________

Hawkeye

Expert Fighter / Strategist / Tactician: Barton is an excellent martial artist, having been trained in various forms by Captain America, who was arguably the world's greatest hand-to-hand combatant. On his first mission with Luke Cage's band of renegade New Avengers, Ronin proved to have come a long way from his old days of rarely ever using his martial arts skills. Throughout the battle against Elektra and The Hand, he demonstrated great skill in his overall martial ability, holding his own against nearly endless hordes of ninjas. This earned him a very respecting compliment from his teammate Iron Fist, one of the world's top martial artists. As shown in his leadership of the West Coast Avengers and the Thunderbolts, Barton is a highly competent strategist, tactician, and field commander

Barton has trained himself to become a master archer specializing in the use of regular bows, longbows, compound bows, and crossbows with near-perfect accuracy. He is capable of firing multiple arrows at a single target in a few seconds, hitting multiple targets in a few quick strokes, and directly hit small targets in the greatest of distances. As Hawkeye, he practiced a minimum of two hours per day to keep his skills honed.

He possesses very keen eyesight, and his accuracy is virtually unerring; he was trained in his youth by Trick Shot with throwing blades, balls, bolas, and boomerangs. He now has near-perfect precision with any aimed or thrown weapon. He can hurl objects with extreme speed and accuracy, both in direct aim and complicated rebounds/interactions.

Although as Hawkeye he was not known to use the martial arts style weapons he now uses in his Ronin identity (usually katana or nunchaku), Barton's incredible reflexes and hand-eye coordination allow him to easily master most weapons. He also received training in swordsmanship during his youth from the original Swordsman, who was considered one of the greatest experts in sword-fighting the world has ever known. Barton is one of the few people to be able to properly handle Captain America's shield.

________________________________________________________________________________

Bane

Expert Hand to Hand Combatant / Strategist: Bane is a highly formidable combatant who has not only Mastered, but also created several forms of Martial Arts. Though less skilled than the likes of Batman or Lady Shiva, Bane's fighting ability combined with his peak strength and endurance make him a highly formidable opponent for any non-meta and many metahuman foes.

He is also highly devious (he crafts the escape from Arkham Asylum of all of Batman's enemies), and a superb strategist and tactician, who has committed various famous war manuals (such as Sun Tzu's "The Art Of War" and Karl von Clausewitz's "On War") to memory.

________________________________________________________________________________

Bullseye

Master Martial Artist: Aside from his ability to throw projectiles with lethal accuracy, Bullseye is also a master of many martial arts disciplines and is extremely talented in the use of edged weapons and conventional firearms. Often, his outspoken attitude during combat about using his abilities seems to have become one of his favorite weapons - intimidation. As such, he believes that his attention in the media grants him more effectiveness in combat with a near flawless reputation, rather than an assassin who often uses fear of the unknown.

He knows every pressure point and vulnerable spot on the human body and is able to turn virtually any object into a deadly weapon capable of incapacitating or killing an enemy. Lester is a deadly assassin often hired by the likes of the Kingpin for covert assassinations.

Lester's innate ability to throw any projectile with great unerring accuracy and deadliness borders on the uncanny. His uncanny ability to use virtually any common object as a lethal projectile actually makes him more dangerous than many characters who do have superhuman powers. Although he is not technically superhuman, Bullseye can accomplish many feats with thrown projectiles. He has demonstrated the ability to lacerate a person's throat with a thrown playing card, spit his own tooth through a human skull, toss a paper airplane to a distant rooftop, and kill a person with a toothpick thrown through a window from a hundred yards away. He is also a dangerous sharpshooter.

As a result of his naturally perfect athletic gift for hand-eye coordination, Lester can quickly learn how to wield most weapons even if he's never seen them before. Aside from throwing projectiles, he is also skilled with knives, swords, and other weapons.

________________________________________________________________________________

Karate Kid

Martial Arts Master: Karate Kid is a master of every known martial art in the 31st century and knows how to use them combined with the use of his Legion Flight Ring. Val Armorr's martial arts mastery lists Karate Kid among the top 5 premier Martial artists of the DC Universe.

________________________________________________________________________________

Taskmaster

Fighting Styles Studied Characters: Taskmaster learned personal styles of these individuals from watching videos or from combat: Ant Man, Batroc, Black Widow, Boomerang, Bushwacker, Blacklash, Black Knight, Black Panther, Captain America, Genis-Vell, Cable, Daredevil, Deadpool, Elektra, Falcon, Fatale, Firestar, Hawkeye, Iron Fist, Justice, Libra, Machete, Marc Spector (Earth-616), Oddball, Puma, Luke Cage (Earth-616), Punisher, Razorfist, Shockwave, Silverclaw, Silver Samurai, Spider-Man, Shatterstar, Swordsman, Tigra, Tumbler, US Agent, Warbird, Wolverine and Zaran.

Only one on this list has taken on a kryptonian in hand to hand combat, kicked Darkseid in the face and lived to tell the tale, and was whipping on Batman until Black Lightning shot him from behind. Karate Kid easily wins this one for me.

Richard Dragon and Bronze Tiger should be on this list as well.

Man, I favorite as a martial artist has to be Shang Chi. I mean heck, that's all he's got and and he still runs with super powered guys like Iron Fist (and without even a baterang)!

As a character, I'd have to go with Cap.

Also, Moon Knight probably could have been included, but this is a pretty darn good list. Well played.

Wolverine has mastered ALL martial arts styles, has more than 100 years of battle experience, etc. He rightfully deserves to be on this list.

He has picked up moves in Japan but everywhere else in the process. Alot of people underestimate Wolverine's fighting prowess because everyone is so used to seeing him in his Berserker Rages. If Wolverine made use of that knowledge much more often, dude would be pretty much the best, if you think about it. But then again, without his trademark berserker rages, he wouldnt be "Wolverine", so, it goes hand in hand.

Val Armorr.
No question.
Maybe he's not the best on the list, but he's my favourite.
He's mastered styles that haven't even been created yet!

Val, then Shiva, then Nightwing (or should I say Batman, eh? Dick anyway.), then the Bat, then Tim Drake.

The Bat only makes my list because I like his calm BRUTAL! then calm style, but Shiva can take him and Dick has often held his own against Bruce.

But yeah, Karate Kid is the man.

how about not having Batman in a poll? give everyone else a chance. Batman's [frick]ing awesome, of course, but he shouldn't ALWAYS be the end all be all of anything comic book related

@Deadpool87: Batman does get a little overdone. but I got a different poll for next week in mind.

Iron Fist blew up a train with his CHI! I think he wins.

@ darkmatter: I love all of these guys, especially Deathstroke, but when I think of martial artist, I have to say not enhanced. No humans, no metas, no cyborgs, and especially no magic. This was a great poll, but I think it should be trimmed down to strictly humans. Deathstroke uses 90% of his brain, right? At that point he should basically have telekinesis. Another note on Deathstroke, he often gets the rap of being DC's Deadpool, and vice versa, but the more I look at him, the more he seems like an evil Captain America with swords.

As much as i love every guy up there (especially cap) I can honestly say that batman wouldn't win wolverine would easily take him out, batman is a great fighter may even be able to take me but over all he uses gadgets soooo im still bias and voting for cap, But I think wolverine would make quick work of batman

@CobraCommander: If Wolverine used his martial arts skills and combat experience ALL the time, dude would be better than even Captain America and Batman....If you really think about it. He has more combat experience than the two of them combined, knows more martial arts styles than those two combined, plus he has superhuman physical attributes.

But he loses his temper alot, and that makes a big difference

Hold it a second! No Punisher??? Are you serious??? I remember in one of his annuals, he broke down the different styles he is trained in. From akido, to jeet kun do, to shotokan. I think it was a simple overlook, but IMO he should have been on this list. Out of all of them on the list, I'll go with Shang Chi, Iron Fist second and Batman third.
