REAL LIFE: Hospital Rebrands Kid's Chemotherapy As DC Comics "Superformula"
In an effort to make chemotherapy a little easier on children, A.C. Camargo Cancer Center in São Paulo has combined a rebranding of the chemo cases with comic books depicting the superheroes going through similar treatments as the kids. Read on for more..
The cancer center is partnered with ad agency JWT, which actually works with Warner Bros. The chemo cases have been superhero-ized with various DC character logos, and comic books will be given to the patients featuring stories where the heroes go through something similar to cancer, and receive the same treatment.
