There are many things a soundtrack needs to be considered memorable. It needs to flow with the film organically and be aesthetically refined.. Whether the scene is fun and upbeat or dark and melancholic, a great composer is able to evoke a broad range of emotions from audiences. Now,  as CBMs are becoming more mainstream and therefore make more money, companies are able to hire the best composers. Here are a few of my personal favorites in no particular order:

I LOVED the soundtrack for the first Iron Man movie. It's one of my all-time favorites, and it's really a shame they couldn't keep it consistent for the entire trilogy, though I did appreciate that Shane Black managed to sneak in that theme into a few parts of Iron Man 3.

The First Avenger soundtrack was memorable, and the soundtracks for the entire Dark Knight Trilogy are absolutely incredible. Aside from Raimi's Spider-Man, everything else was pretty forgettable IMO, especially The Avengers and The Winter Soldier.

My Most fav is Man Of Steel and I like most of them what have you mentioned above..
Right now I am listening to 'Captain America' From 'Captain America:TWS' only this and 'Hydra' are best tracks from the movie thus far.

I really liked The Incredible Hulk (2008) theme and Hulk (2003) they both had a unique feel to them.
