According to ComingSoon.net,
"The four movies are J.J. Abrams' Super 8 released on June 10, the Abrams' produced Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, once again starring Tom Cruise and directed by Brad Bird, set for December 16, the previously announced Transfomers: Dark of the Moon, directed by Michael Bay, on July 1, and Steven Spielberg's The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn two weeks later on December 28 (in the United States).
The latter two were filmed in 3D and will be remastered for release in IMAX 3D, while Mission: Impossible has scenes that were filmed using IMAX cameras similar to Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight."
Greg Foster (Chairman and President of IMAX Filmed Entertainment) also had this to say about the agreement:
