Superman's presence to be felt at Nascar's Coca-Cola 600 this weekend!!
With the news earlier of the title for the Man of Steel "sequel" released earlier today. More news regarding DC's poster child aka Superman, are unveiled. Check out how DC and Dale jr have teamed up this year to bring Superman onto the track!!
On Wednesday, Dale Earnhard Jr. unveiled the No. 88 National Guard/Superman Chevrolet SS that he will drive this weekend at Charlotte (North Carolina) Motor Speedway. The Superman-theme paint scheme will pair the Army National Guard with the Superman Hall of Heroes, a new online gift-giving portal that empowers consumers to honor their personal heroes: those who have made a positive impact on their lives or the lives of others.
Dale Jr. has previously used DC character themed cars before. As a matter of fact, while driving a Dark Knight Rises themed chevrolet back in 2012 he dominated for the majority of the race and won therefore breaking a 143 races long winless streak.
In 2013 he used a Man of Steel theme and while leading, his car's engine blew before he could finish the race.
