- Sorry in advance if this was already posted.-
I saw this article is dated like a month ago but I don't remember it ever being a big story on CBM and I think it should be. Because The Goon kicks ass and these two voice actors are 100% perfect for the roles.

Here's the story from Empiremovies.com:

Another announcement made at Comic-Con last week - Paul Giamatti and Clancy Brown will be the voices for the upcoming animated movie based on the comic book series The Goon. The announcement was made during an entertaining panel that featured series creator Eric Powell. The upcoming movie will be produced by David Fincher. There’s no word yet on who will direct. What and who is The Goon you may ask? Here is what I was able to grab from Wikipedia:

The story is about the adventures of the Goon, a muscle-bound brawler who claims to be the primary enforcer for the feared mobster Labrazio. The Goon (and his sidekick Franky) often get tied up in other machinations, often in relation to the evil zombie gangs under the command of the Nameless Zombie Priest.

The series has a distinctly paranormal slant with the average story concerning ghosts, ghouls, skunk-apes with an unnatural hunger for pie, extra-dimensional aliens, and mad scientists.

Clancy Brown will voice The Goon and Paul Giamatti will be Franky. Animated footage was presented at the panel with both men supplying their voices to the characters.

The movie is slated for a 2010 release.

Clancy Brown! [frick] yeah. I love him. Brilliant actor. My favourite role of his has to be Captain Black in Jackie Chan Adventures (I know cheesy). "Woah Nelly!"

Paul Giamitti is a brilliant actor too

@ keven
He is great in the Shawshank Redemption

Clancy Brown for Mr Sinister in a X4 (he also voiced the role in Wolverine & the X-Men)

Clancy is an excellent choice! And Paul Giamatti is a great voice actor, just watch The Amazing Screw-On Head. Not sure what his range is, but I have faith in him!

Kenneth Pool Amsale Aberra is designed to play, but more classical than Amsale and Christos dream. Victorian embroidered diamond pattern Casual Informal Wedding Dresses is the finishing touch, beautifully ornate and not spread, even over the body, but also primary and secondary levels, and not seem piled complicated, such as wrapped up in a, bra and skirt Casual Wedding Dressis part of the decorative embroidery lace , detailed patterns and skirt a large area of the blank contrast, traditional and yet modern atmosphere.Innovation relative to other Casual Wedding Dresses designers, Lazaro's designs seem more traditional, but this does not mean that the design not good enough. Ed-style chic and elegant multi-hem skirt, not as any gorgeous skirt.
