Priest co-star Maggie Q introduces and sets up this animated prologue to the upcoming film. Directed by Scott Stewart and starring Paul Bettany, Maggie Q, Karl Urban, Cam Gigandet and Lily Collins , Priest is set to hit theaters May 13th.

PRIEST, a post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller, is set in an alternate world -- one ravaged by centuries of war between man and vampires. The story revolves around a legendary Warrior Priest from the last Vampire War who now lives in obscurity among the other downtrodden human inhabitants in walled-in dystopian cities ruled by the Church. When his niece is abducted by a murderous pack of vampires, Priest breaks his sacred vows to venture out on a quest to find her before they turn her into one of them. He is joined on his crusade by his niece's boyfriend, a trigger-fingered young wasteland sheriff, and a former Warrior Priestess who possesses otherworldly fighting skills.

SICK!! I'm still waiting for an animated movie too. And if not, a live action one. I say Rain plays the title role. I woulda said ken Watanabe but he may be too old for Jack but I think he'd rock it.

I wouldn't be totally against a live action Samurai Jack movie, but casting Jack would be as hard as casting Captain America, in my opinion. But then, I care about this a LOT. Probably more than is reasonable.

First time posting on the site, been creeping around for a long time. Personally love the idea of a Jack movie. I think Genndy has one of the most original and breathtaking animation styles in the business.

Thanks @Mass, one of the most truely "heroic" characters ever put on screen, if you go by the truest definition of the word!

He also does symbionic titan which is pretty good, I like the show because he pays homage to old Japanese animated flicks like Gaiking...this was the best episode so far...

I've only seen one episode of that, @jonedc. It was actually quite good. No Jack, but definitely entertaining.

I miss Samurai Jack. Awesome show in every way. Such a let down that they did not allow for a proper end to the series.
