Now for the Official Synopsis:

RED

Cast: Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, Helen Mirren, Karl Urban, Mary-Louise Parker, Brian Cox, Julian McMahon and Richard Dreyfuss

Screenplay by: Jon Hoeber and Erich Hoeber

Directed by: Robert Schwentke

Genre: Action, Comedy

Based on the cult D.C. Comics graphic novels by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner, RED is an explosive action-comedy starring Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich and Helen Mirren.

Frank (Bruce Willis), Joe (Morgan Freeman), Marvin (John Malkovich) and Victoria (Helen Mirren) used to be the CIA’s top agents – but the secrets they know just made them the Agency’s top targets. Now framed for assassination, they must use all of their collective cunning, experience and teamwork to stay one step ahead of their deadly pursuers and stay alive. To stop the operation, the team embarks on an impossible, cross-country mission to break into the top-secret CIA headquarters, where they will uncover one of the biggest conspiracies and cover-ups in government history.

DC sure is doing their best to make a non super hero Comic Book Movie (The Losers) successful and turn it into some sort of franchise(which, didn't happen for 'The Losers'). They have not done it yet, but could 'Red' be the flick that cashes in for them?

'Red' is being released in the U.S. via Summit Entertainment, October 15, 2010. 'Red' Rated PG-13!

bruce willis and morgan freeman in the same movie is awesome, but this isn't the first time they've been in a movie together. they were in Lucky number Slevin, which was a fantastic movie, eventhough they only shared one scene.

The tone of this movie, judging by the trailer, is more comedic than the comic. Still looks like a fun movie with good action. @ThoroughbredSteele0 Lucky Number Slevin is a great movie in my opinion, and besides Willis and Freeman there's Kingsley wich makes the combination even better.
