The Hollywood Reporter reckon we'll be getting a third RED movie...at least! Red 2 won't be released until July 19, but screenwriting brothers Jon and Erich Hoeber have already been brought on to pen a script for a third movie, with Lorenzo Di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian producing. The site also report that Summit has been looking for another franchise to launch since their Twilight movies ran their course, and may be looking at RED to fill that gap. Apparently No deals with the cast are made but if the script is approved, production could begin as early as January 2014.

Just add Samuel L. Jackson in it. That's all I ask, maybe even make him the bad guy who comes back from the past or something.

I'm sure Dc/Warner is so angry. They haven't believed in the project and now Lionsgate/Summit makes a lot of money.

Well the concept its good.
I mean, we all love seeing our favourite veteran actors/actresses kicking ass.

It's like Expendables, the older actors we love to see are back. So I guess they could milk a few more films and add/replace cast members as they please.

I'd love to see Sigourney Weaver apart of this eventually!
