Lionsgate revealed today that Tony award-winning actress Petina Miller will take on President Snow and his cronies as Commander Paylor, leader of the rebellion in District 8 in the final two Hunger Games flicks. This will be Miller's big screen debut, having previously starred in tv's All My Children. She is best known for being the original Deloris Van Cartier on the 2009 West End production of Sister Act and its 2011 move to Broadway. Here is Paylor as described by Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) in the books: "She looks young to be a commander. Early thirties. But there is an authoritative tone in her voice that makes you feel [that] her appointment wasn't arbitrary."
