David Goyer(Man of Steel) is a busy man, and it's hard to believe that he finds the time to work on as many projects as he is currently on (Batman vs Superman, Da Vinci's Demons, Sandman, Constantine just to name a few) but according to the Hollywood Reporter, Goyer will be joining James Cameron's remake of 1966's "Fantastic Voyage" to executive produce and write a new treatment.

Fantastic Voyage is a science fiction adventure movie about a team of scientist, known as Combined Miniature Defense Force (CMDF) who are shrunk and sent in a miniature submarine, called Proteus, into the body of a fellow scientist to save his life from a blood clot in his brain. The movie spawned a cartoon series and Comic books adaptations in the 1960s. Fantastic Voyage  has been a passion project for Cameron for a long time, back in 2011 it was on a fast track with director Shawn Levi (Real Steel) but he dropped out and since the project has been quiet. Cameron is expected to produce only due to his commitment to the Avatar sequels.  Goyer is not expected to write a screen play, but he will be shaping and reinvigorating much like what he does with WB's DC properties.

What do guys think? Is Goyer the right man for the Job? If not Goyer who would be a good idea man for this project? Who should write the screenplay? Leave your thoughts down bellow and thanks for reading.
