Godzilla vs. Kong is fast approaching, and two epic new TV spots have been revealed.

Both feature a tonne of new footage from the epic crossover event, with one, in particular, showcasing some jaw-dropping action scenes as the iconic Titans square off on screen. Director Adam Wingard appears to be the perfect choice for the movie based on what we see here, with the shot of Godzilla and Kong facing off against each other one that really stands out to us.

For a while, there was some negative buzz surrounding Godzilla vs. Kong, and while it's clearly going to be very different to what many of us expected, it's hard not to be excited by these teasers.

HBO Max still feels like a good fit for Godzilla vs. Kong given ongoing restrictions across the globe caused by COVID, though not seeing those visuals on the big screen will definitely hurt.

Here's a synopsis teasing what we can expect:

Legends collide in Godzilla vs. Kong as these mythic adversaries meet in a spectacular battle for the ages, with the fate of the world hanging in the balance.  Kong and his protectors undertake a perilous journey to find his true home, and with them is Jia, a young orphaned girl with whom he has formed a unique and powerful bond.  But they unexpectedly find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla, cutting a swath of destruction across the globe.  The epic clash between the two titans—instigated by unseen forces—is only the beginning of the mystery that lies deep within the core of the Earth.

@xHollywoodx - Yeah it’ll probably be like Batman v Superman.. but if you remember Batman actually beat Superman in that film, he was about to kill him until he had a change of heart so maybe something like that will happen. Batman was the clear winner, yet they came together to fight a bigger baddie anyway.

''as these mythic adversaries meet in a spectacular battle for the ages, with the fate of the world hanging in the balance''

This, to me, really makes it sounds like something bad is happenening, but Godzilla and Kong are just fighting while the real bad shit is happening in the background.

Also, [frick] yeah! Sign language!
